She obviously did not read my chart or medical history stating that I was broadsided by a semi truck in 1991 and had a cervical fusion at C6-C7 before she wrote CLINICAL INFORMATION: No history of acute trauma or previous cervical spine surgery. She also wrote No history of previous trauma on my Thoracic report. Perhaps when we do the Lumbar MRI she will “see” the screws and rod in my back at L3-L4 and realize there might have been some acute trauma. Ugh No wonder wrong limbs get cut off.
