I had my second finger surgery. Professional and organized. Very pleased .with this practiced.

I had a lot of questions and she answered them all in a way that I could understand - Very Helpful.

My experience with Dr. Wisotsky was fabulous! He listened to my concerns, quickly evaluated my condition, and provided immediate care. I was in and out of his office in 20 minutes. He really knows how to provide personable and efficient care!

Despite making the appointment specifically to see the doctor, I saw the PA instead. Ashley is great and did what needed to be done but i had asked for a consult with the doctor about surgery. Perhaps I will find a doctor who has time to see me.

Professional and efficient

The staff is very cordial even with a packed waiting room. He was behind but worth the wait as he is very explanatory in his plan of care. I was also aided by Ashley who is very compassionate when giving a shot in a joint that already in pain.

Dr. Wisotsky gave me great attention and care. This is my second appointment with him.

For starters the dr felt it was necessary for me to have a cryo cuff when he thought I was going to buy it from him for $250, then I informed them my insurance covers it 100% and they needed to send prior authorization to my insurance for me to get cryo cuff, so now he is saying it is not medically necessary and refuses to get the prior authorization for something I need post op. the office rarely returns phone calls. it takes me 20 to 40 minutes to get a human, the phone disconnects a lot when on hold. i am not so sure way dr wisotsky thinks he is the best there is. i have been on staff t get my pre authorization for the surgery, the wouldnt send it in till today and that was only after my ins comp called them and said they need it now. I will be cancelling my surgery, i refuse to be disrespected. I have already contacted a couple of other surgeons and deciding which one i want. I will also be filing a complaint with medicare as well as other agencies.

The facility ran like a well-tuned Swiss watch. I can't really comment On the outcome of the surgery as I've only just gotten home from the procedure. I suppose I will know later. But, I do have every faith in doctor Wisotsky. Looking forward to a good outcome.

I had rotator cuff surgery by Dr. Wisotsky on November 1, 2024. The surgery went fine. As with all rotator cuff surgery, the rehab is the hard part. I’m now four months out and playing golf again. This is one good doctor.

Always explaining what to expect involves you in your care before during and after makes you feel involved easy to approach always professional always understanding what you're going through easy to discuss any cares about any problems you might feel you and your feeling might want to go through and share with each other any afterthoughts I would recommend doctor Wisotsjy 10 times over he did a surgery for me 8 years ago and here I am again he's amazing his staff always follows through thoroughly make sure I always need everything I am supposed to need any test to follow through any medicines there's simply amazing they always volunteer their phone numbers if I need anything I can get through to them at any time there's never a question that goes unanswered

I did not feel rushed when speaking with MD or PA. Both listened attentively!

I found Dr Wisotsky to be attentive to my issues and through with my solutions to help me

I waited a month for my appointment with Dr Wisotsky. Dr Wisotsky could not see me and I was seen by his PA after waiting 45 minutes. No explanation was given. I was given shots by the PA but would have liked to know what caused the condition and ways to prevent in the future. I understand the doctor may have been busy with another patient but felt blown off after waiting a month for this appointment. I felt that they rushed to get me out of the office. I was also told i didn't need a follow-up unless my pain remains. I could have just gone to urgent care sooner for just shots.

I actually did not see him. I only saw the PA. She was good and provided recommendations and referrals. All encounters with the office staff have been great!

I was given an appointment within 4 days of calling the office. Dr. Wisotsky reviewed my hands, the X-rays, and subsequently gave me injections into areas necessary. He explained the treatment and the care required.

Dr. Wisotsky is very thorough, pleasant and professional.
