Dr. Herrera provided thorough explanations. I feel he cared about me - my current condition, what led up to it and my status in the future. He was more than willing to help me find comfort from pain and also identify any other factors that are causing or could cause additional problems.The staff was kind & caring as well.

He listens. He thinks outside the box. He still sees his patients as human beings needing his care. And in today's medical world that's not as easy as one would think

His staff overall is very nice and pleasant to deal with as well. His NP Ms. Arrington is also a great listener and communicator who also cares about her patients and keeps Dr. Herrera informed. I also love the text messages that are sent to you notifying you that your prescription(s) have been sent off to your chosen pharmacy. However, the care and concern for his patients is top notch! Highly recommend this office.

Clear communications at all times from Dr H and his staff. Pain medication is promptly provided based on my medical conditions. Front office staff are helpful and polite. Dr H is definitely number ONE in my experience with pain management MDs.

Dr. Herrera is the most patient and compassionate doctor that I've see so far for my chronic back pain. He listens to me attentively and makes changes where and when changes are needed. He not one of those doctors that are stuck on their way. He treats you the right way. I refuse to see another pain management doctor. I would rather pay out of pocket than to see someone else!

I recently had shots in my knee. Dr Herrera had told me it wouldn’t hurt. I should have believed him. I was so anxious that I couldn’t sleep. But he was right. He is so good ; it didn’t hurt. And it has made a tremendous difference in how my knee feels. I would recommend Dr Herrerra for sure!

It was amazing he is really cares about you as a patient he didn't listen to you and he does what he can and every way to help you he's not the type that's only there for the money he cares he's a loving and understanding guy very respectful but I have told a lot of people about him and I'll always give him a very good review and tell people because he does what he can for you as a patient he is an amazing doctor and his staff are very sweet trying respectful and amazing staff he has I have always enjoyed going to him and I've told a lot of people around about him

Dr. Herrea alway's has a smile on his face you can see it through his mask. He makes you feel has though your visiting a friend for advice, he's very personable, genuine.
