The doctor is amazing. The staff is awful
Literally every single aspect leading up to meeting the doctor, and every aspect of the experience afterwards is an absolute misery. Most of the staff at the front puts on a bright smiling face when you are in front of them, but it's very, very clear they don't want to help you when you call or message them over their Medfusion app. Appointment cards are handed to you without regards to whether that time and date works or not. Follow-up appointments after procedures are on you to call for -- they won't call you, period. Referrals? Yep, they will just throw up their hands and send you back to your GP -- they can't be bothered. The doctor, and his PA, are absolutely TOP NOTCH. You simply can't get worst than this disaffected and disinterested staff though -- they aren't interested in their job, much less your health.

Most Amazing Doctor
I love Dr Pratt. I have seen him now for 10+ years. I will never use another doctor unless Dr Pratt retires prior to my death. I have been kept from major surgery due to him and the different procedures he gives me. I had scoliosis surgery ate she 15 and have 12” of my back fused and two rods put in. I had a neck fusion and plate and screws put in about 10 years ago. Dr Pratt listens, he cares, he has sympathy and empathy. He is kind and gentle with a great bedside manner. He is honest and knowledgeable about his work. If I could give him 100 stars I would. His staff has always been kind to me. I am actually getting another rhizadomy tomorrow morning and I’m anxiously awaiting the pain it will relieve in my lower back. I can’t say enough kind things about Dr Pratt. He also treats my mother and she will have a rhizadomy in the morning after mine. He is a household name within our family and we consider him family. If you need someone skilled and knowledgeable to assist with your pain,

When you are making an appointment for the first time ask if you will be seeing Dr Pratt or his assistant this way you will not be surprised not to be seeing the doctor like I was. Also, expect a high chance of speaking to rude, impatient employees.

Incompetent staff and rude. I left the office feeling as if their scheduling was my mix up. Because l was not happy and had a “tone”, l was at fault. I had an appointment and checked in to the surgicare facility as instructed. The assistant told me Dr Pratt was not there, that his days had been changed and for me to go to his office. I went to the office and was told l was on his schedule for 10am for the procedure. l agreed to anesthesia and they do not do this at the office. I was told l need to reschedule. The rescheduling assistant asked me when my appointment was made and that scheduling had changed about two weeks ago. I asked why l didn’t receive a call regarding this change? She told me that humans make mistakes, no apology given. Well, yes, l had a tone as she put it and did not reschedule. This is unacceptable in my opinion and l will not go back there. The staff needs educating on how to solve problems, not make them.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a Dr. and a staff that will NOT go out of their way one iota to help. This office will give you an appt and take you copay but offer NOTHING except..."we don't have enough information". This after 2 referral. Those that recommend this guy have henceforth been given an ear full and suggested to find another physician.

Incompetent office, 7 days after receiving the referral ( I was on the phone when the referral coordinator faxed the referral) they still keep saying it is in the stack that has not been looked at. I am in pain and DR. Pratt is a Pain Management doctor. That response is not good enough , I switched doctors.

I am getting older and have realized how important my relationship with a great doc is to me. Dr Chris Pratt has been a great pain doc who has treated me for back problems for a decade a two do to a military injury. He is the only doc of many that has helped me lead a relatively pain free life.

Wasn't able to get appointment 2 weeks trying. They can't figure out insurance, so asked me to do that for them. Will not return phone calls. Phone off during stated business hours. Unable to actually see the doctor, trying to get past front desk is impossible and not worth time or energy. Unprofessional at best.

Dr Pratt is fine. His staff sucks. I have hip pain. They did a spinal injection with only 1 MRI when I told them I had had 3 MRIs, multiple xrays and a nerve study. Surprise, it's not my spine but my hip that hurts - just like I said it was. Wasted 6 mos trying to get my medical records. Finally went and got them myself (walking on painful hips) handed them to them in person, received a call from them the day of my apt saying they were having issues getting them. I asked why would you still need them, I handed them to you in person. 15 minutes later she came back and said they were not in the office. I told them to cancel my appointment that I was finding a new pain management doctor! Dr. Pratt, if you read these - please clean up your office!

I never met the doctor. His office staff referred me for an MRI. I had a follow up appointment to discuss the results. Again, the doctor was not present. The office worker told me I would meet the doctor in the surgical center during the procedure. That was very different from all other pre-procedure experiences that I have had. In all other cases, the doctor examined me and discussed the procedure. I asked for an office visit with the doctor. I was told it would be a month or so, but if I wanted the injection, I could receive it in 5 days. It appears that he is more concerned with sticking people than performing a complete examination.

My experience with Dr Pratt and staff in 2019 was very pleasing. I was nervous about the 2 procedures he was to perform but, was left feeling assured he was highly capable of doing the procedures. Both procedures went well. Dr Pratt and his staff met with me before the procedures which showed me they cared about my well being and satisfied outcome. I would definitely recommend Dr Pratt and his Staff to put your trust in for your pain relief physically and mentally.

Dr. Pratt is an amazing doc! He gets right to the point, listens to what you are saying. The Rhizotomy greatly reduced my pain in my lower back! His PA, Christy, sucks!!! She walked into my room, sat down at the computer and NEVER looked at me. She didn't even read my medical history as I was still filling it out! She never looked at me the entire time she was in there nor did she ever look at my history! As a former nurse I found her "professionalism" extremely lacking!

The office waiting room is welcoming. The staff is friendly, but not chatty. The professionals I've interacted with seem genuinely interested in my concerns. Their treatment options have made a difference in my quality of life. I gave 5 stars to time spent with patients. This office is about getting the facts, partnering with the patient and moving on in a professional manner. They look you in the eye instead of a computer or file while talking to you, which is so rare these days.
