Dr Richards was amazing. I've seen a number of different doctors for this specific issue (had to change providers due to insurance). This was my first time seeing her and she immediately seemed more knowledgeable with better insight than my prior doctors. I was impressed that while she had some of my prior test result data, she made sure to get the rest so she could confirm her diagnosis. I look forward to continuing seeing her and probably would do so even if my insurance changes again! I've already recommended her to one of my friends.

Dr. Richards blew me away with her care, patience, and kindness to me during my visit. I have past trauma that made me nervous about my appointment, and Dr. Richards listened to everything I asked for, respected my needs, and helped me feel empowered during the whole process. She is an incredible doctor, and I greatly appreciate her for her trauma-informed care. I am recommending her for individuals who have trauma in their background - you are safe with Dr. Richards!
