My husband has been a patient of Dr. Jones over 20 years. I am satisfied with the medical care he has received during the years

I been with Dr jones for over 5 years and have always been treated with care and dignity.

Staff was very nice and facility was extremely clean. Dr. Jones was very nice, quick and thorough for my issues. No issues from my part

Dr Richard Jones office never answer the phone. Several times I have gone to the office just to talk in person because the Dr or the staff forgot to send my prescriptions to my pharmacy. I had my follow up and saw the nurse practitioner on 12-9 and he forgot to go over blood results and send my diabetes prescription. On 12-20 I run out of my diabetes meds. I called and they get me in on 12-24 to go over blood results and I see Dr Jones. Well he also forgot to send the prescription! I just talked to ride aid pharmacist and she confirmed they haven't received any prescriptions for me! I have been calling Dr Jones office every day and only get the answering service! I have left 2 messages! Today is 12-27 and I have been without diabetes meds for a week! In June they lost my EDD form! In July I take another EDD form and they tell me the Dr doesn't sign EDD forms on line it has to be regular form. In August the Dr signs my EDD form but EDD changes the effective date and now is on appeal.

He is a good listener and is prompt to provide me with the medical help and treatment I needed. He is friendly and good at his job.

I had my first visit with Dr. Jones yesterday, and enjoyed the experience. He listened carefully and asked relevent questions. His manner was quiet and patient. I am pleased with the outcome.

Dr Jones takes time and listen and consider what I say instead of making assumptions. He doesn't just throw meds at my problems. I'm so glad I found a doctor who actually wants to help. His staff is always friendly which is a plus.

Only had one visit so far but I was happy with DR Jones looking forward to working with him for my health this year

Dr. Jones has actually saved my life, he listens and genuinely cares and wants to see not only your health improve but also your quality of life improve as well. I wouldn’t change doctors for a million dollars my health is to important to me. I would recommend Dr. Jones family members and friends and anyone who asks without hesitation..

Doctor Jones is a good doctor every since he changed medical groups his staff is unprofessional and do not know how to do their jobs sad to say I will be switching doctors after 13 years I hope he gets ahold of this problem soon

I have been with him, and his PA's for many years. Most of my visits are quite routine.

He was my Dr for over 5 years but I never met him his staff is great then out of the blue for no reason at all he drops me knowing dam well when I run out of my B.P. pills my B.P. will go over 190+ over 100+ and I will have a stroke and die what ever happen to the oath Dr's take Dr Jones is a bad Dr but his staff is awesome Like I sad in over 5 years I only saw his nurse and she was always good to me.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Jones for over 25 years and I am very satisfied with him and his office staff. He is very thorough and and concerned about his patients. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
