Office environment satisfactory. Unfortunately, being a friendly staff does not equate to being a good staff. In every aspect the front office performed poorly; to the point of total ineptness. The staff would not keep their jobs if they performed this poorly at any other self-respecting physician's office or healthcare organization. Too bad their behavior is a direct reflection on the doctor who would have been graded highly except for these issues.

Excellent service time. Wait was minimal. This doc office totally stands out as a pleasant experience. I went in presenting with seriously neglected symptoms and even though the doc didn't have my prescription there in the office, he gave me some samples to hold me over until I scrounged enough money to pick up my prescription! A LIFESAVER! Thanks doc.

Last week I visited Formula Medical 2x to revise the medication I received, and got smiles and respect throughout the whole time. Every year around the same time I have trouble with my back and pain related to a surgery I had several years back. The new medication you prescribed has been lifesaving!

I recommend this location and have received excellent care from this provider. The team that works behind the scenes to communicated about potential information and individual cases is awe inspiring and I look forward to each and every visit, for the most part ;-)

The week I have been seeing Formula Med has been a painfree environment and alot of how he helps me is without prescribing opiates... Very respectful, decent person who strives to preserve life and not get fellow Californian's hooked on drugs ;0 Thanks for helping my pain and not giving in to the pain killer pressure! I was referred to this office from a friend and put off coming in to see the doc for about a month but finally made it in for an appointment. I had a lot of medical concerns and now I'm psychologically in a much better place, and received the medical attention I needed. I'll update my review in a couple weeks after I have had some time to evaluate the meds. I also brought my cousin with me and he waited in the waiting room and said you have very polite crowd of clientele.
