Dr. Charmaine Earle, MD

I have tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but no. To even see the Dr. Earl it’s about a 4 month wait, they are extremely bad at getting back to patients. It’s been worse since they switched over to follow my health app. They never reply back in 2 days like they say. I waiting a month and didn’t hear back so I called to follow up. So many NP’s coming in and out your always seeing someone new.

Not great

Unorganized and lack empathy. Never followed up regarding my disabled sons test results. Had to call multiple times to just to get the results, they had them for over a month. The results I read were red flagged; revealing my son needed immediate vitamin intervention. I then had to call back and request they prescribe the vitamin required for care. This office does not seem to care at all. Patients are not a priority here.

I’ve been trying to reach this office for 2 weeks and nobody answers the phone and when they answer they tell you someone will call you back. Still waiting for the call.

Very difficult to reach by phone. On hold forever, several call backs, still haven’t been able to reach them for an appointment.

Treated with compassion and dignity, clear wording

My wife went in for an annual checkup. During the exam Dr. Earle felt concern over a small lump and scheduled her for an exam from a cancer specialist. She had breast cancer. Surgery went well and she is 5 years cancer free. Dr. Earle caught the tumor in its early stage. We owe her life to Dr. Earle and to other fine specialists. She is always easy to talk to and she LISTENS.. An Outstanding person.

Worst place ever !!! I don’t understand how this place is open, I been trying to make an appointment they’ll take your information down and then place you on hold for 30 min called again say they’re a month out when they just told me it was going to be two weeks, ohhhh and now they can’t find my information. Once I communicate that they say my insurance card doesn’t show active but I was able to make an appointment somewhere and my insurance is active. Horrible customer service, unorganized, unprofessional, SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!!

Dr. Earle save my life with her early diagnosis and referral’s. Her, her PA and staff are the best!

I didn’t see the doctor but the PA was polite and definitely knew what she was talking about. She helped me get the referrals I needed started, set up my prescriptions and a follow up plan. The wait was less than perfect, but not intolerable. Clean office and a nice staff.
