Dr. Richard Conner, MD

Arrived early for my appointment on 6/30/2022 as was recommended for paperwork completion. Did not see Dr. Conner till an unreasonable 2 hours later. The crass excuse he gave was that he "was working his a** off", which i don't doubt of any doctor these days, but an unrefined statement like that is not what any patient needs to hear, especially a new patient. Terrible first impression, but Dr. Conner instead of showing humility or any sense of a true apology, berated me with the comment "It's all about me". I then informed him that it wasn't "about me", and that no patient would be happy about waiting two hours past their scheduled appointment time. Rude, crass and horrible bedside manner. I just walked out after that insulting treatment that nobody should be subjected to from a health care professional. I was in the healthcare industry myself for over 20 years, and my spouse being in a position at a local Hospital to refer doctors, cannot unfortunately do so with Dr. Conner.

I agree with him having the worst staff. I became sick and contacted office but no return call. When I did get in touch with staff they blame me for the problems. Dr. Conner is ok but nothing great. Once he is done with the procedure no follow up or call. My Vet will call me after my dog has surgery not this guy.

Dr. Conner is a wonderful and caring physician, I don't have enough good things to say about him. HIS STAFF on the other hand is absolutely ridiculous, rude, un caring and so much more. My husband suffered from kidney stones for 4 months before we got to the "privilege" proceeding to surgery RIDICULOUS.

Dr. Connor is a good doctor; however, he has the worse office staff known to man. Calling this office is impossible, they just don't care. It is a real ordeal to get an appointment or have any kind of communication with this office. I am sure Dr. Conner will take good care of you, he has for me, but if you need ANYTHING from this office...good luck, you will be super frustrated and your health may be in jeopardy because of it. I recommend either Dr. Connor clean house of all his office personnel or leave the group, because I am never going back.

Dr. Richard Conner is an outstanding physician and exceptionally skilled surgeon. A very attentive listener, he also communicates well as he explains, even draws pictures and prompts me for questions, while taking the time necessary to address all my concerns. As a seasoned professional he demonstrates his knowledge and experience. As a busy and active physician/surgeon he is cutting edge current with the latest techniques and procedures. Once again Dr. Conner came through for me. His knowledge in helping me make the right decision, his skills as a doctor and surgon, and his ability to take the time in a busy office to communicate and listen are qualities that I thought had been lost. The office is friendly and willing to help. Dr Brodak and Dr. Conner are an excellent team. Perfessional in discussing topics that may seem embarassing. Thanks Dr.s

Patient for 15 years and he has saved my life from cancer on numerous occasions. A caring knowledgeable doctor, who has performed numerous surgeries on me over the years. Highly recommend.
