Dr. Vera Trofimenko, MD

I highly recommend Dr. Vera Trofimenko. She is kind, respectful, and highly professional in her work. I had to undergo an operation to remove a cancerous lump on short notice, and Dr. Trofimenko was incredibly supportive throughout the entire process—from the initial consultation to post-operative care.

Great provider and made my life better in just 1 year of active and individualized care. Highly recommended.

I normally do not post reviews but I just have to say a few words about visiting Dr Trofimenko. I first saw her in 2023 and right away she put me at ease discussing my problem. Within a few minutes i knew I had come to the right place. Dr T has a great attitude and warmth, is so positive I guess you could say bedside manner would be appropriate. I had a few visits over the year 2024 and every time it was more reassuring than the last I like the way she directly comes to the point but never looses the focus on you as a person and takes the time to talk with you asks about your life and how its going. DR T is also a good listener which I find is a talent that unfortunately is lacking in some of today's professionals. To sum up if you are looking for a doctor in her field go see her you will right away realize that it was the right thing to do.

From my first visit to her office, through my TURP outpatient surgery, Dr. Trofimenko demonstrated a very personable, as well as professional, manner. She was knowledgeable, informative and listened to my concerns as well as patiently answered questions I had. I was so happy with the way I was treated (with respect) and the resulting outcome, I would recommend her to anyone looking for a urologist.

I had severe pelvic area pain for months and very depressed because I couldn't figure out what it was and Dr. Trofimenko diagnosed and treated me after just two visits and I am now pain free! She is amazing and I highly recommend her. I might still be suffering in agony if I hadn't discovered her. I am forever grateful!

I am a 56 year old man who has prostate cancer. After surgery I had severe erectile dysfunction. None of the oral prescriptions did anything. I had pretty much accepted this as my new reality when I saw Dr. Trofimenko who prescribed a penile injection prescription. To my surprise and delight it worked! Meanwhile while getting radiation and hormone therapy for my cancer I was suffering from severe hot flashes. I would have more than one per hour and my sleep was constantly interrupted. Dr. T suggested a drug primarily used for menopausal women but, the science made sense. My hot flashes were cut in half overnight and my quality of life improved so much. I am thankful for Dr. T and would highly recommend her. She is so kind and easy to talk to.

I started seeing Dr. Trofimenko (Doc T) when I was tired of getting up to go to the bathroom 3 to 4 times a night. I was so tired all of the time I could barely function. She reviewed some options with me and I decided to have the Urolift procedure done. It was a game changer for me. I now go through most nights without getting up at all. She was also able to help me in another area of my life where the statistics say many men struggle with. Doc T is easy to talk to, knows the latest technology and only wants the best for her patient's. I went from times of feeling hopeless to having hope again. Guys don't let your pride get in the way of having a normal lifestyle no matter what your age is. Go and see Doc T and get the help you need. On a scale of 1 to 10 she is a 10+.

I thought it would be more painful but didn't need anything else other then some over the counter painkillers for a few days after the surgery even though stronger medication was prescribed. As a RN I can say that the medical attention and customer care went above and beyond acceptable standards. I am extremely happy with the appearance and feeling.

I had wonderful results with the Urolift solution for BPH after Dr. Trofimenko recommended it and performed the procedure. I told her during an early visit about my preferences for communication style (I like to hear things bluntly and I like to know all about the worst-case scenarios) and she listened to me and respected my preferences! Surgery was successful and I no longer need to use an IC at all afterwards!

Dr T is great! She’s very professional, attentive and friendly. I had a procedure (Bulkamid) done 6 months ago by her with an excellent outcome. I trust her completely and will not see anyone else-she’s the best ever!

Based off only the first visit, I already feel that she genuinely cares for her patients and is focused on solutions to improve their lives in any way possible. She is down-to-earth in her approach and extremely professional at the same time. She is receptive to your questions and concerns. This is in stark contrast to other providers I've witnessed, which have made me hesitant to seek further help. I'm grateful to have found a Dr. that takes such pride in their work. She has restored my faith in seeking medical care to a certain degree and has me optimistic about my health improving moving forward.

When I first visited Dr. Trofimenko, she asked me how she could make my life better and she certainly has. I'm a nurse and I can say that her bedside manner is top notch . My case is recurrent UTIs since I was a teen. I can not remember going thru 6 months of my life without getting one. It's hard to find someone who truly cares. I always felt that my reccurent uti is not too important of a case to others. I've gone to different doctors and they all try the same rounds of antibiotic, only for it to come back again and again. This has led me to believe that I will just forever live my life with it. With Dr. V, I felt that she really sat me down and got to know me. I never felt she was in a rush (like what others would make me feel). I was also never one to do labs or get an ultrasound as I really decided that the UTI was part of my life but her attitude towards my treatment made me hopeful. The only con to this now is I wish every doctor is like her, a gem!

Dr. Trofimenko listened to my issues she spent time asking questions and understanding my problem, and found a solution to help me right away. I am very happy with her and her staff they are all very caring and understanding of my needs.

I would highly recommend her as she put me on ease right away and addressed my issues with patience.
