He refused to listen to me about having endometriosis. I explained all the symptoms I was having which were severe and he blamed my fibromyalgia. He ignored the family history of it in my mom which was extremely relevant. For a few years he was my gyno and he never listened to me. I switched insurance and got a new gyno who found stage 4 endometriosis all throughout my insides. It was so bad she couldn't even get it all out with surgery. I could have been treated for it long before it got so bad. He is not a good gyno, he does not listen to his patient. Extremely disappointing experience with him as my doctor.

I went in for a first-time consultation with Dr. Pham recently. Dr. Pham was personable, took the time to ask my concerns and goals for treatment, allowed me to make my own decisions about the plan moving forward and was patient in answering my questions. Finally - a doctor who listens, who responds respectfully, who isn't overly rushed (though I know he's busy) and who made me feel as though I wasn't a number, but a patient who mattered. Thankful!

He has a decent amount of knowledge on birth control options but pushed The Pill too much, and was extremely arrogant with how great of a doctor he thought he was. He fought me when I told him I had cervical pain on my period, telling me the cervix was a hole that can't experience pain, but then what's cervical cancer then? It's cancer on the cervix, making it an actual part of the anatomy. I ultimately chose Depo-Provera (The Shot), which his medical assistant took care of and forgot to note.
