I left his office balling and devastated. I waited 3 months for the appointment for him to not listen or talk to me about how I feel. He left me in the same position I was in 10 months ago. Then sent me a letter saying I will no longer be accepted as a patient. Then sent me a bill for $165.

I went to an appointment with a family member and had a list of questions for Dr. Castro. He literally had one foot out the door as I was trying to get information and voicing my concerns. It ended up being a blessing in disguise, as when I called another professional for an appointment, their care was what was needed and my family member made a BIG improvement after following the treatment recommended elsewhere.

Do not make the mistake of thinking this doctor with listen to you or bother reading your scans/charts/history himself. If he is reading the scans he ordered he should stop. Lied to my PCP that I agreed to something I did NOT agree to, nor did he ever discuss it with me. He and the radiologist at Olean Open MRI missed my ondontoid process being fused, retroflexed into my brain stem, and with a pannus formation. Did not care that I choke on food which my GI physician has narrowed to a Neuro issue

Don't walk. Run from this incompetent doctor. Diagnosed my husband with stroke when he had a massive brain tumor. If he can't read an MRI at this point idk what to say.
