Dr. Peterkin Lee-Kwen, MD

His attention to detail. Actually listening. Actually cares. Performing a real physical exam and making a real diagnosis. He made a half dozen other doctors in Western New York look like they didn't have any training at all. I was a patient at the large multi-million dollar neurological centers and I could not get these people to listen to me at all and they were unwilling to make a diagnosis . They would give me what I would consider a fake diagnosis that was just Band-Aids over the real problem. Over a 10-year period I could not get anybody to make a diagnosis on my neck. He was my lifesaver.my miracle.. During just basic physical examinations he pointed out that I was obviously having issues and then ordered MRIs and proved that I was having issues. He has renewed my faith in doctors. He has an excellent staff. Now I get the care that I should have been getting over the last 10 years. A real doctor would ethics. finally. Finally

I would highly recommend him. Explained everything in a way you could understand. Answered your questions without feeling you were being rushed. Stop medication that didn’t need to take. Great sense of humor which made you feel relaxed.

Called his office to obtain a new script for a medication change he wanted, he continued to yell at me and say, “you are wasting my time with this stupid stuff”. Very unprofessional and rude

My 17 year old daughter had a seizure at school this week. We had an appointment scheduled with the Silver Creek office today at 2:30 PM. She had to wake up at 3 am and fast for EEG prep, miss school and my ex wife missed work. We got a call 2 hours before the appointment saying they are over-booked and we have to wait until 10/25 for the next appointment. The worst part is they were rude and uncaring on the phone. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS OFFICE!

I have been a patient of Dr. Lee-Kwen for years. He is very professional. He is very thorough. He has excellent bedside manner. He has a wonderful sense of humour. He is very compassionate. He is respectful of your healthcare team. The staff couldn't be better. I would highly recommend Dr. Lee- Kwen to anyone.

Seen after ER evaluated a TIA

They really need to figure out how to staff their office. Doctor LeeKwen is great. Dad has been seeing him for years. The office staff is incompetent and uncaring. In severe pain and there isn't even a nurse for him to talk to! The people on the phone continue to say "can't fit you in" in a huffy tone. Extremely condescending. Also have called the wrong patients about the wrong conditions! I really wish someone could do something for patients in pain.

I have suffered from MIGRAINE for forty years. After numerous doctors and various therapies, I discovered Dr Lee-Kwen of Southtowns Neurology. Finally I found an amazing physician who was so compassionate and patient! We developed an ever evolving therapy that controls chronic pain and allows me to live my life. Thank God for Dr Lee-Kwen!

Would highly recommend! You feel confident Dr. Lee-Kwen has you under the best care available, and lets you know everything about your condition, as it relates to your overall health now and in the future. Great Dr.

Dr. Lee-Kwen has successfully figured out the source of my problem and found the right meds to get me feeling good again.. I give him an A plus. :) :)

Dr Lee-Kween is a doctor that gets right to your problem.He treats you without the use of a lot of heavy drugs.He got me off the heavy drugs that another doctor used and feel better or no worse.I would highly recommend.

Very good Neurologist to be short and sweet

The doctor and staff are all very professional. You do not feel rushed when asking questions. They are always very willing o explain things in a way that pertains to your health needs. He is not a doctor that will hand out drugs like candy. He will give you what he thinks will work. Doctor shopping will not work with him. The staff is very nice and helpful I would highly recommend him to family and friends .
