Dr. Maltheson Review
I love that when I check-in that I am only in the waiting room 5 - 10 minutes. He is always punctual, and that is a big plus.He is very thorough and he always explains everything well. He always offers a course of action, and always follows through. He is very kind, and has a great bedside manner. He is a great surgeon, and I trust the things that he says. My Husband sees him also, and he likes him just as well.I highly recommend Dr. Maltheson.

Best Orthopedic doctor in Texas
I had a total hip replacement on July 29th and it was, from start to finish the best experience! Dr Maltheson took the time to tell me all the ins and outs of the surgery and exactly what I could expect recovery wise. He was not only caring but very patient. His staff is also really amazing! Highly recommend!

Good Treatment With Caveat
Front Desk personnel are friendly and efficient. Dr Malthesen is knowledgeable and procedure was done well. However, he is somewhat brusque with eldery patients. I left with a feeling that my condition might not be improved even though I am willing to follow through with any therapy recommended.

Excellent Doctor
Dr Malthesen has been my "go to" Ortho Dr for approximately 7 yrs. now. During that time he's done my total hip replacement, rotator cuff, my ankle when I broke it due to a fall and lastly, both of my thumbs. As long as he remains in practice, he'll have me as a patient. He has an excellent bedside manner, he's knowledgeable, he takes his time with you and you never feel rushed. He explains everything, even draws pictures if need be. He walks you from start to finish explaining every step along the way so that you can make an informed decision about the care you receive. I would CONFIDENTIALITY recommend Dr Malthesen.
