Dr. Neel Chari, MD

The scheduler had given me April 30 as my appointment day, but the reminders were for April 29th. Thankfully I was available on the 29th, so it all worked out.

I really liked the doctor's concern about my diabetes, and the advice he gave me on nutrition. He appeared very caring and PLEASANT. It's refreshing to see a kind and caring doctor like Dr. Chari. Bedside manners I give him an A+.

My experience was very good. However this appointment was not needed. This was a pre op visit for up coming cataract visit. I had a full physical evaluation approximately 2-3 week prior and questiond if still need for this pre op appointment. I was told I would not have to do this pre op visit. I later received a text reminder for the pre op visit. I called the number explained I had a complete physical and was told this pre op vist was not needed. I was told this was a conciliation about the up coming eye surgery. It turned out to be the pre op examination that was not needed. There was a breakdown in communications between my primary care office and the pre op department. Lol, service by both departments was good but a inconvenience for me

For a doctor's visit, it was really pleasant and efficient. The staff was exceptionally kind as well.

When I was in Valley Care he was the Dr on point for my condition. His bedside manner was the best! He analyzed my condition with his team and came about with a good plan on curing me. He listened to my concerns and gave a thought out response. I highly recommend him!
