Fantastic doctor. I feel well cared for. I wasn't paying attention to whether the doctor washed his hands.

The office was good and was my first with Dr Tram was very good. The referral appointment process has been disappointing as I was told on 5/21 I would get a callback within 48hrs. I called again on 5/24 and was told I would receive a callback that day. I did not.

Answering all the questions to just get to the call center was LONG. Then my provider couldn't see me for a month for my pink eye. No one close to my home. Had to go 3 cities over to see someone. Then the prescription sent to my pharmacy was RARE and unavailable at Vons. CVS. Costco. Nobody had it. To get approval for what they had on hand took four hours because the FAX or phone call wasn't answered. Who FAXES anymore??? The phone call was WE HAVE A LONG WAIT leave your number and we will call back. No one called back. I went to my local office and had the receptionist call the other office and ask them to answer the FAX before they closed for the day. It was all quite frustrating.

I tried to change the time (same date) for an upcoming appointment and had a very difficult time!!! I called first and then went to my chart. You need to have an easier way. Your phone system is bad so I tried the My Chart and it isn't much better!
