The woman Dr that works in there, she’s about 6ft tall, tacky clothing, speaks overtop ya… you’ll know which one. She blatantly cut me off when I asked a simple question regarding my health records. I simply asked her if she was able to inform me whether or not my CT scan results were in… performed by HCA last week. She sighed rudely and closed her laptop. She proceeded to tell me how she cannot “go over that information with me”…. She then recommended I see my primary care doctor to “discuss the results, IF THERE ARE ANY”. Would have taken this not so polite, reiterating, talkin robot, approx 1 min to simply say I if I had visible results or not. Very simple. I know how to read, I know how to read very well, why waste 5 mins to log in,!when she was literally looking upon the screen w/ the information on it. How hard is it to say, “yep, ma’am your results are in!! I am unable to go over them with you, but you can check ‘em at home, or on ur phone, feel

Scheduled a colonoscopy but cancelled after learning they billed my insurance a month before i got there. Dr faisel may be a great doctor but encountered many communication issues before my scheduled procedure. Insurance lady is arrogent and flawed

I saw Dr. Faisal on 7/24/19 for acid reflux pain and gas. Dr. Faisal performed my EGD and everything was done very professionally. I have been going to Dr Faisal for several years. I recently had two procedures that he performed, and they both went very well. He explains in detail what he will do and how long it will take. I have always been very comfortable with him because he is a very good Doctor. He follows up with you to make sure you are alright and takes time to answer any questions you might have. I went to visit Dr. Faisal for a colonoscopy, after having been turned off with the 'factories' in Gainesville. In our meeting, he was very professional, and seemed genuinely interested in his patients. The day of the 'operation' went fine. The staff was very professional and helpful. Dr. Faisal greeted me, told me what he found and made sure I see him later for a follow up.
