Dr. Michelle Gardner, MD

I came in for a FOLLOW UP and I have been in numerous times for same issue and my regular doctor was fully booked so I would have to book with a different doctor. Which is understandable BUT SHE NEVER LOOKED INTO MY FILE AND HAD NO CLUE WHY I WAS EVEN THERE. I had to explain Everything from the beginning. I just had an ultrasound done and she had no clue. I asked if my previous doctor history would help her cause I’ve had a lot medically in my chart that would help explain stuff but she had no interest in that. And was RUDE. Was condescending and kept trying to blame my issue on depression. I very clearly told her I never picked up the anti-depression medication for a reason I don’t need it. I have moments but I am fine. My life is great. I love my job I have hobbies and I’m happy but she just wouldn’t listen. Asked me if I hate Idaho and have no friends and if I’m lonely in a very rude condescending tone that made me feel like a looser. laughed at a few of my answers likes she judged

She allows for the patient to collect their thoughts and ask questions. She is so easy to talk to.

It is always a pleasant experience to see Dr. Gardner. She is very thorough and is very personable. We have been patients for a number of years.

I’m new to the area and Dr. Gardener was very welcoming. She provided a thorough physical exam and ordered all of the various tests needed for me.

Had my 6 month wellness check up. Had Lab work done . I love seeing her she is a good doctor. I just wish she would send me to get my lab work done prior to my actual Visit with her. I would like her to explain my lab work at the time of my Visit. But she does the visit first then she sends you too Lab.. I hope this could change . At my next visit I will bring it up to her….

Dr. Gardner is a most excellent & caring physician who has kept this old sea dog healthy for over 20-25 years or more. After 10 years in the Navy and a few doctors in-between, she is the best one I have ever had. Some have come close but if you want a down to earth thoughtful and again caring and knowledgeable doctor, you cannot do better than Dr. Michelle Gardner. And her staff, how outstanding they are. One feels at home, cared for & at ease with her nurses. It's like being cared for by that loving aunt or older sister. Always a smile, always an inquisitive conversation as to your health or your reason for the visit. I know it's "their job" but it always seems like a friendly visit with people who really care about you and your health needs. I would give Dr. Gardner and her nurses & staff higher marks if i could but 5's the limit so how about a 5++ and the commercial goes :).

She explains everything

I went in for a wellness exam as my doctor was out sick. First, she refused to order the lab work that is included with a yearly wellness exam as my doctor forget to order them and was out sick that day. Second, she was not very friendly and just wanted to rush through the appointment. Later, I found out she not only billed for a yearly wellness, but also billed for a regular office visit which cost me almost $200 dollars extra. I will never go to this doctor again. She is not upfront and will sneak in whatever billing codes she can to get the most money out of the visit.

All went well, Doctor was great at explaining every thing.

Dr. Gardner takes the time to listen to what you are saying. She asks questions and doesn’t hurry thru the visit.

In for an annual physical. Missed 2020 due to pandemic.

Yearly check up. Dr. Michelle is amazing, listens & follows through. I moved & my drive to see her requires a 54 min drive but I would not change for anything.

Provider listened to my concerns and conducted testing in needed areas (establishing care with multiple complex, chronic conditions). Understood my health profile and made good recommendations. Positive first visit

It was a great! She is always so caring and I just love her as my doctor!

Very patient with the elderly.

She is very thoughtful and listens and answers the questions that I ask. It was a nice and unexpected surprise that she fit me in on the same day of my husband's appt. and saved us a another trip this week of 30 miles one way. She has also helped me with a knee that has been hurting for the past 2 years, I'm thankful that the pain has been cut back big time.
