Dr. J'Cinda Bitters, MD

She’s very nice. But I’ve given her more than a year and it’s still the same. It’s a fast paced visit. Multiple times I’ve told her, for example, 3 things going on with me and she only helps with one. We never bring up or investigate any of the other ones. I’m going through infertility and I felt very alone with her just giving me meds and saying after that I’d have to find a specialist. Researching on my own, I’m finding there’s other things we can try with our doctor. Guess I’m just a baton to pass.

Dr. Bitters listens to her patients, shows empathy and is a prime example of what a doctor should be. She doesn't run unnecessary tests that costs a fortune like I have experienced in the past. Give her a try you will not regret it.

As long as I am in this time zone, she will be my doctor!!! I have enjoyed being in her care since 2016. She knows I don't prefer medicine I like to get to the underlying causes and work with that information. She is SUPER thorough, I have NEVER been rushed, she is SOOO knowledgeable that it boggles the mind she is so young. I cannot say enough about how incredible she is....so grateful for her! T.Rose

Great experience. Did not have a long wait time to see Dr. Bitters. She listened and answered all my questions/concerns. Appointment was not rushed, had hardly any wait time. Dr. Bitters is an A+ provider

Dr. Bitters has always been a very dependable and compassionate physician. She always listens to my concerns regarding my health care,we both talk about what will be best for me. I never feel rushed in her office. Dr Bitters and her staff work together to make her patients feel welcomed and at ease during your visit. My wait time was less than 10 minutes.

Dr. Bitters has always seen me as soon as possible, is caring and empathetic to my needs and conditions and always spends more than enough time with me. She has my complete trust in her, and am so grateful she’s my MD!

Dr. Bitter's the the Greatest Dr. I've ever had. She is so kind, caring & listens to everything you have to say. My 3 daughters also go to her and they will tell you the same thing. She doesn't run tests unless you really need to have it. I hope she never leaves this area.

Dr Bitters is an excellent doctor. She listens and tries hard to make you feel good. She is very compassionate about her patients and her practice. She also does a lot of research to help many patients. She’s like our family since I have been seeing her. She also is not a drug pusher. She tries hard not to use medications and treat you naturally as well. If you really need a medicine she will check to see your history and chooses the least invasive treatment so we can get better. You will love her if you are honest and forthcoming. She’s really a great doctor

The front desk is always friendly and helpful. Dr. Bitters’s MA, Laura is always kind and happy to help. Dr. Bitters is always eager to solve the issue at hand and shows sincere compassion.

I highly recommend Dr Bitters as she takes the time to listen and inform. I do not feel rushed or uninformed about the subjects I bring up, I know time is a constraint but it is important to me that I get the information I am there for. Everyone was so friendly and efficient from checking in until I left. The same for the staff at the lab. I received a follow up call with the lab results the same day, and I was contacted to set up a mammogram and bone density test that same week. Every visit is a great experience with Dr. Bitters. She's personable, genuine, empathetic, and efficient. She's also collaborative when discussing treatment options instead of offering a "one size fits all" solution. 5 stars and absolutely worth the trip from Boise when I need her services.
