Fumbling Doctor!
This guy is a joke! He did a sinus operation on me and post opt appointment questioned why I said my nose and sinuses hurt. At that appointment he started digging in my sinuses for a piece of gauze, he lost in my sinuses. He didn't even wear gloves. He couldn’t even figure out how to activate a cold pack. Then he blamed all my pain on migraines. I have had 2 other operations on my sinuses from a different provider that is now retired and I recovered quickly and had minimal discomfort. The operation that this “doctor” performed has been a nightmare! I have an infection and a lot of pain.

Dr Mitchell is so kind and caring. We were able to get in to him quickly, he addressed all of our needs and questions in a kind and knowledgeable way. His office called us the same day to schedule surgery for my daughter and to say her allergy drops were ready for pick up. We felt very confident in his abilities and felt at ease when he asked to pray for my daughter with us right before taking her back for her tonsillectomy. I would highly recommend him to everyone needing ENT care!

I found Dr. Mitchell to be extremely condescending and rude. I have had ear infections since childhood. Dr. Mitchell said that none of my primary care doctors knew what they were talking about - that I went in with a convincing story so they just give me the diagnosis I want. He went on to tell me my problem was migraines. He said maybe next time I should stop before the 3rd glass of wine and my problem would go away. I would not recommend this guy to anyone and will not be back.

I saw Dr Mitchell only because my usual doctor at his clinic no longer accepted my insurance. I have a history of chronic sinus infections. Dr Mitchell prescribed a drug which I had a bad reaction to. Dr Mitchell said there is nothing further I can do for you. I have never had a doctor say that. How incredibly wrong is that? I have a bad reaction to an antibiotic and that's what my doctor says? Why not offer a different medication? I'm so disappointed in this doctor.
