Disinterested and absent
Dr. Lee could have been a great doctor previously, but these reviews don't seem reflective of him currently. My experience with him has been abrupt and dismissive, he's seen me for less than 10 minutes twice (both times I felt rushed out), missed a follow-up appointment and left me a voicemail with a misunderstanding of the primary issue. I tried to give him a chance because of all the great reviews, but at this point I don't even feel comfortable having another appointment or a surgery with this doctor. Might be a symptom of being overworked, but unfortunately not the physician for me.

Consult went well and proceeding with surgery
After consulting with two doctors in Oregon decided to meet with Dr. Samson Lee who came recommended by a friend. He answered all my questions regarding my deviated septum surgery, was friendly and professional. Everyone was nice and efficient during my visit. It was worth the drive up to WA. I cannot wait for surgery so I can breathe better and appearance will be improved.

I don't waste a lot of time sitting in the waiting room and procedures have been done with care and efficiency. I believe that Dr. Lee really wants the best possible outcome in helping to improve a scare on my nose resulting from surgery to remove squamous cell ca.

Extremely Poor Service from Dr Samson Lee Office
I got only 10 minutes from Dr Samson Lee for a surgery consult. He didn't ask me why I was there or what my symptoms were and then recommended somewhat complex surgery. I called his office at least 3 times with over 30 minutes wait time for each call. The office staff were short, impatient, unhelpful and close to rude on the phone. I answered an online survey about their practice and requested a call back regarding my concerns. After weeks passing, no one has contacted me about the survey. This office is very poorly managed!

OUTSTANDING in his care & surgical skills, a perfectionist, caring & good listener, on time for appts, greets his patients & often takes me into exam room. Office staff very responsive & very professional. I am so very grateful for Dr Lee’s care & have the utmost trust and faith in whatever treatment is needed. I can’t say enough good things about him. He’s an outstanding surgeon and doctor!! I will and would highly recommend Dr Lee without hesitation to anyone needing his care.
