Dr Frey was thorough, efficient and straightforward. Would have given a 5 star except for their billing practices. If you need a boot, don’t allow the office to provide it. For Medicare Advantage you must receive a voucher from the doctors office allowing you to obtain a boot from a medical supply if you don’t want to pay out of pocket. You will NOT be told this, but rather led to believe that the $50. you are required to pay at the time you receive the boot will be refunded once their office receives payment. After speaking with the billing manager numerous times it became clear that they have never received payment from this insurance company for a boot. They then billed me an additional $19. and told me it was my responsibility. This incident left me feeling deceived. It’s not the money, it’s that they knew that I could get the boot with no out of pocket cost but choose not to tell me.

If you need a Podiatrist, this is the Dr. to see! His staff is friendly, he doesn’t make you sit and wait for ever, super clean office and exam rooms! Dr. Marcus Frey is very knowledgeable, good, caring, kind and dedIcated to being an excellent Dr!

I would Highly Recommend Dr Frey to anyone with a foot problem. They are both clearly devoted to their patients. Family oriented practice. Committed to finding the source of any problem. They son't over book so they can take their time with the patients.

What a wonderful doctor and am so glad I went to see him. I had seen a different podiatrist 10 days earlier for severe Achilles tendon soreness. I wanted a second opinion and Dr. Frey's advice differed substantially. He clearly explained what I should be doing, and I listened and followed the advice. I am amazed that I can walk again without pain. Couldn't have more patient in answering my questions. First rate doctor, and a nice man.
