Dr. Kenny Grider, DO

Very impatient. Not interested in background of situation. More interested in getting out of room and getting to a meeting.

Gave 1 star because I had to put something.

Front desk staff was nice. Dr.grider was rude, never actually touched my knee in either Apts. Told me I would just have to decrease my activity level bc nothing could be done (I'm 31) while also contradicting himself and telling me to build my quad muscles???..... I am extremely active was looking to prevent further wear and tear. He suggested "a brace" to hold my knee caps in place but no brand,style, or type......... spent MAYBE 2 min in the room and even then was incredibly rushed and dismissive. Told me I had arthritis behind kneecaps and had patella problems but no solutions....... major waste of time and insurance resources.

The office manager at his office was very rude. I told her what the doctor told me to tell her when I came back for a steroid shot. She called me a liar. I told her I am not a liar. When she went talked to doctor she found out she was wrong. She did not even have the respect and come back and say she was wrong she had receptionist tell me. Due her disrespectful attitude I would not recommend this office to anyone. The doctor himself very nice
