She told me I know you have problems with your back but I am not going to help you and I don't know why you're in pain. Not very sympathetic. Not understanding. I would never go to her again!!!!

I was having massive headaches back in Jan 2020, so I had my husband bring me to Southern NEW HAMSHIRE MED, by the time I got there I couldn't see or stand! She was the one who was there that day! I thank God for that! I have stage 4 lung and brain cancer! She operated on me to remove a tumor ...I am forever grateful for this ANGEL,she saved my life and TODAY I had an MRI and blood work and I am still NED .. Jan will be 5 years

Dr. Cronk did my back surgery. Her staff was very caring and I got immediate response whenever I had a question or concern. I had a couple of “hiccups “ after my surgery and they have been phenomenal. Definitely recommend Dr. Cronk.

Her office staff is the worst!! Cold and uncaring, they return phone calls when they are in the mood to unprofessional would be an understatement. I do believe Dr. Kronk is a good doctor she is very easy to talk to but she dose rely on her to PA's to do a lot of the work, one is great the other is not.

I was closely followed & treated by Dr. Cronk and her staff at St. Elizabeth during the past 8 months due to C4/C5 disc that was herniated and pressing the nerves and caused a terrible pain for months. I warmly recommend Dr. Cronk, I feel lucky to be referred to her. Dr. Crock was highly professional and sensitive during the entire process before and after my ACDF surgery. Dr. Cronk and her staff were always very patient and had the time to answer all of my questions and concenrs.

Horrible was always very late 1st appointment 2 hrs late - 2nd appointment after 1hr 45 minutes never showed up at all 3rd appointment after 1hr 30 min never showed up at all and on fourth appointment after 45 minutes came in and suggested the complete opposite to get plan set out four months before. In my opinion she should be loose her license to practice. Doesn't give a dam about her patients
