Poor Communication and Waste of Time
I went to Dr. Morgan for a chronic sinus condition. He stated that I needed rhinoplasty and turbinate reduction to correct my deviated septum. He suggested rhinoplasty to straighten my nose (per my request) and we also discussed an upper blepharoplasty for the excess skin on my eyelids. The surgery details always remained the same. Over the course of 18 months, I saw him multiple times as I was also undergoing allergy treatments. In the days ahead of my surgery date, I contacted his office to discuss a possible eye infection. I even went to urgent care, received a diagnosis of an internal stye on my upper eyelid and contacted Dr. Morgan's office with the results AND PHOTOS of my eye. I was assured everything would be fine for my surgery the next day. As I was prepped for surgery (IV in and hospital gown on) Dr. Morgan walks in and informs me he 'forgot about my upper blepharoplasty' and he wouldn't be able to do the surgery. Save yourself all the agony and find a different Dr.

Disgustingly rude doctor who made told me the reason I was insecure was because of my acne. Told me I needed a chin implant and rhinoplasty to look more feminine even though I’m 21 years old. Would never recommend.

AVOID
I came to Dr. Morgan with a broken nose. All I wanted was for it to be straight again. The first surgery was not successful in straightening the bridge of my nose. One side sticks out and one side is caved in. To be fair, Dr. Morgan suggested straightening the profile of my nose in addition to my only ask. He mostly did a good job, however, now part of the nose above the right nostril sticks out where it did not before - and it doesn't on the other side. So this, in combination with the crooked upper bridge, makes it all look even worse. A year after the surgery I went to Dr. Morgan in need of help. He said he try to file down the top part of the nose under local anesthetic only. I came into his office for this. He performed this in a chair that didn't even have neck support - every time he pushed the back part would sink down. It was not a professional setting. After this - it looks worse than before. I came back in a 3rd time and told him I needed to go to elsewhere. No refunds. Nada

Doctor didn’t close the door, he spend with me around 3 minutes. I have a lot of questions about my condition, I need help. One day before visit I have a terrible sore throat and I have fever 104. He quickly examined my throat and ears and prescribed an antibiotic and a steroid. No labs, no answers, no recommendations, no after visit summary. The worst experience in my life. Just wasted my time and money.

Suboptimal outcome
Dr. Morgan achieved two of three goals of my septoplasty/rhinoplasty. Offer was to redo if I wanted to go under the knife again but all costs of anesthesiologist and surgery center (thousands) would be on me. Also bedside manner pre-op was poor as got into big argument with a nurse feet away. Unnerving.

Great Doc!
I think he is kind, caring, smart, and more importantly is concerned about patients' medical needs. He even tried to get me in to see his gastroenterologist immediately when he saw my Xray from the ER that appeared to be a mass.

Dr. Morgan recently performed plastic surgery on my face to close a large skin cancer removal by a dermatologist the day before. It hasn’t even been 2 weeks yet, and my face looks amazing! I was very scared of the outcome- the hole was pretty big, but he fixed it and fixed it well. Everyone I know says the exact same thing- “Wow! Your plastic surgeon did an amazing job!” He is a straight shooter, no BS. Some people see that as “no bedside manner”. I actually appreciate the honesty and trust him wholeheartedly. If I ever need plastic surgery again or even have an ENT issue, he will absolutely be the only Dr I will see.

Horrible bedside manner. Save yourself $480 for 20 mins to see another ENT - this doctor told me me to take AFRIN for a sinus infection that has caused the most horrific pain 2 weeks straight. To add insult to injury? His nurse popped in after 10 mins to chat about another patient and he asked her “how many other patients are in the waiting room..” “It’s packed” was her response. I’ll take my care and scans t someone who actually CARES.

I've been getting Juvederm injections in my lips once or twice a year now for the past few years with Dr. Morgan, and he is THE BEST! He has an eye for the natural aesthetic of your face and knows exactly what would look best to complement your features. He will never do "too much" and my lips still look natural even though they have much more volume :) To him, it's about the proper placement of the injectable, NOT about the quantity! I wouldn't trust my lips to any other doctor!!!

I am not very easily impressed and this Doctor TOTALLY impresses me everytime I see him! Dr. Morgan attentively listens to my concerns, pinpoints exactly what is going on and explains the How’s and Why’s of the issue and how we can solve the issue in the present and try to prevent recurrence in the future. I can’t recommend any Dr more than this amazing Doctor! He’s second to none!

Thank you EMTFlorida.com for getting me into the office first thing Monday to see Dr. Morgan: Wonderful treatment, vacuumed my ear, cleaned, as i have grown up with "swimmers ear" for over 40 years, and occasionally one ear will get inflamed. Doc was perfect..!!! and so was the website where i wrote my "emergency" "schedule an appointment" on SATURDAY when offices are closed. I said to call me early Monday as my ear was hurting and i know needed some attention: call me early, 4, 5,

I can't say enough about how much I trust Dr. Morgan! He is definitely the most caring and compassionate doctor I have encountered. Dr. Morgan is a very talented injector and has an excellent eye for detail. I have recommended him to several friends and they are all very pleased with their outcomes.

I was very impressed with Dr Morgan. His offices run on time and he is friendly and knowledgeable. He's straight forward but also empathetic-----that's a rare combination in most doctors it seems. I felt very confident in his diagnosis and plan of treatment. I didn't know what to expect at an ENT, but his office made my first visit was a pleasant experience. Every visit after that was also a good experience. Highly recommend.
