After a hospitalization for retropharyngeal abcesses, Dr. Trowbridge refused to do any followup tests to make sure the infection was cleared up. Guess what? We ended up back at the ER, not once, but TWICE! Even with me pressing at an office visit, she did nothing to discover the root of the problem. After the 3rd hospital visit, a 2nd opinion Dr discovered something Dr. Trowbridge missed on more than one occasion. She is not interested in inding/treating the problem, only the symptoms of the problem.

Dr Trowbridge is good but the office has taken a nose dive. Over 30 minutes on the phone just to try and make an appointment, then shes at 3 different locations and never where/when you need her. Billing got the bill wrong & took several months to fix. I let them know about the issues and they could care less.

Dr Trowbridge was fantastic - really listened to our needs, and did a great job with my daughter's surgery. I would definitely recommend her. Also, the office is super clean, efficient, and if we had any wait, it was less than 10 min.

When I was referred to Dr. Trowbridge for my 4 year old son- I was A little apprehensive since it was a referral and I did not know much about the clinic. Everyone there was very nice and Dr Trowbridge explained everything and answered all of our questions. The day of surgery everyone was nice and very helpful. I know it's scary when it comes to our kids but we had a great experience here

My family has seen Dr. Trowbridge several times over the past couple years as my both of my kids (especially my 5 year old son) have experienced ear infections associated with high fevers. Every time they feel sick, they want to see Dr. Rose. She is very patient, informative, thorough, and caring. When several treatment options are available, she takes the time to discuss each one so that I am able to help make good decisions for my children. I highly recommend this wonderful doctor!

Dr. Stavinoha was an excellent doctor. She was kind to our daughter and made herself available to answer all of our questions. Our daughter has an immune problem and we spent a long time trying to get her case taken care of in other places. Dr. Stavinoha was able to perform a necessary procedure efficiently and then able to further take care of our baby when she had some complications because of her immune problems. I would happily bring my whole family to her if I could. Great doctor!

So refreshing to have Dr Trowbridge actually listen to what my concerns were and knew exactly what needed to happen. It helped that she was so good with my son and encouraging that the outcome after surgery would be positive. I'm so glad I researched different pediatric ENTs and found her!

Dr. Trowbridge is absolutely wonderful! She takes the time to listen to your concerns and answer every question. Her bedside manner is amazing and she is also an amazing surgeon who has operated on our daughter three times. Both of our children are patients of her's and they love her and this office. We cannot recommend her enough!

Dr. Trowbridge has a very relaxed, easy going bedside manner that put my son at ease during our visit. She is very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose and treat our issue quickly. If you are looking for an excellent pediatric ENT, I highly recommend Dr. Trowbridge.

I would most definitely recommend Dr. Trowbridge to family and friends. She is a very caring doctor and has a calming demeanor. She takes the time to answer questions and I can tell she truly cares about her patients. She is great with children and babies and it is evident that she loves her job.

Not a good dr at all. She sends your pediatrician wrong information about your child. The office staff won't allow you to change doctors either. We found a new doctor for our child. She needs to do more research on genetic diseases and ways to help her patients.
