He spends too much time typing on the computer and not enough time actually listening to my concerns. I usually leave with concerns left unaddressed, and often with more questions that I started with. I’ve sometimes felt that he had already decided the outcome of the appointment before setting foot in the room. Having my concerns ignored or glossed over only adds to that feeling.
