The staff at the front desk, the person who called me to a room and did my vitals. Everyone was kind, respectful, and did not keep me in the dark about appointment time.

Dr. McConnell has treated most of my family and many friends expertly relieving our pain with successful surgery. His years of experience, skill, and compassion make him a top choice and a leader in the field.

I've seen Dr. McConnel twice, and both times I felt like he was actually listening to both my medical history which does directly impact what medication he should provide and who I am as an aging athlete with a full time job. Rather than prescribe NSAIDs which I cannot take and lengthy PT or surgery, he offered me solutions and exercise regimens that I could work into my regular daily schedule. He seemed to legitimately empathize with the time I'd have to take off from my primary sport, but assured me I could get back to it in time, rather than just suggesting I stop all together, which I really appreciate.

The most condescending and patronizing doctor I've experienced. I am an educated adult and do not accept his behavior.

I have been a long-time patient of Dr. McConnell. This past December, I needed knee replacement surgery. I had complications and Dr. McConnell was on top of the situation and aggressively treated the infection due to the adhesive having latex. I began to quickly recover and heal. He listens to his patients and treats them with respect. I have absolute confidence in him. You can have the best doctor and still have complications. How the doctor handles it, is the real indicator of how good he/she is. Dr. McConnell is an excellent doctor!

Very professional. Diagnosis projected plan for corrective measure

This was my first visit with Dr. McConnell. He asked me to describe my complaint about what felt like a sore elbow bone, asked follow up questions, and then physically examined the area. He very quickly diagnosed that it was in fact tendonitis, and then administered treatment and prescribed follow up.

I have been a patient of Dr McConnell for over twenty years and can highly recommend him without reservation. From providing follow up care from an out of town surgery sking accident ( complete tibial plateau reconstruction) which he made complimentary remarks about the other surgeons work to knee replacement procedures as well as shoulder issues. Easy to get appointment, explains concisely and efficiently and has a no nonsense, but compassionate manner. Can’t say enough about his professionalism.
