Staff is very unprofessional

The office and billing staff at the facility in West Covina are very rude and not customer friendly. They do not greet you upon arrival and they make you feel unwelcome. The Billing Clerk is very rude and unwilling to help you with any type of billing issues. Dr. Lee is fine but he definitely needs to stress better customer service to his staff. They need some serious training in working with the public and learning better customer relations skills. The Billing Clerk needs to learn how to de-escalate a situation by showing empathy instead of making things worse.

Our initial consultation was in November of 2022 for my husband to get a vasectomy. Everything went well with the consultation. Their next available appointment would be in 4 months, March 2023. They said it was because more men were getting vasectomies. A week before our appointment I get a call that the doctor would not be available on that day and we would need to reschedule to their next available appointment......, June 2023!. We would need to wait another 3 more months!. We are now in June and I get yet another lovely call from his office that he will need to reschedule yet again! and that the next appointment available would be until November 2023!!. You mean to tell me it takes a year to get a vasectomy when women can have their tubes tied within 30 days? Thankfully my husband is dead set in doing this procedure, but doesn't this Dr. know how most men feel about it and if given too much time some will back out of doing it out of fear?

The office is so unprofessional that they will make you wait hours after your appointment like you have no other plans for that day. Then Dr. Lee comes into the room and tries to leave in less than 20 seconds. Tries to speed talk and blames my symptoms on my age and my diet. This doctor has to be the biggest clown I have ever interacted with. He makes you feel unwelcome, terrible, and shows no empathy towards you. Then he tries to sign me up for a procedure and prescribes me antibiotics with no explanation. And good luck getting a hold of someone to make an appointment and if you do it will be for 3 months. This doctor should not practice medicine. He is just there for the paycheck.

Dr. Lee is the worst doctor I have ever been to due to incompetent office staff and the quality of care provided. The office never answers their phone, I had to call over a dozen times before getting through to someone. Dr. Lee performed a stent removal on me and there was multiple complications, along with no after care instructions.
