I started seeing Dr. Scott Rowell to receive shots in my right hip.after an x-ray showed showed some deterioration in my hip joint. Over the months it was not getting better. I then had a meeting with Dr. Kenerly and discussed a total hip replacement. On February 5th 2019 I had a total right hip replacement. I have had two follow-up meeting with Dr Kenerly and I’m so impressed with Dr. Kenerly’s professionalism and all of his staff personnel who treated me. I highly recommend BJISG

He will let you sit in his office and refuse to see you if he has a personal problem. They don't think that your time matters at all. I sat in that office for 2 hours until they told me there was a mix up with my insurance. It took them that long to make up lies. There wasn't a mix up at all! They have the nerve to play gospel music in the office and tell lies to patients.

I went to Doctor Kennerly for a consultation and was amazed at his ability to explain the process for the hip surgery and what to expect. I immediately knew he was the right choice. The surgery went as planned and I immediately noticed how much better my hip felt. I was able to walk out of the facility and go home the same day. Dr Kennerly is a true professional that truly cares for his patients. His staff is well trained and wonderful to deal with. I would recommend Dr Kennerly to everyone.

I am recovering from hip replacement surgery, after my regular physician recommended Dr. Kenerly I made an appointment and was totally impressed with his staff, in both Waycross and Jesup. I highly recommend the Bone & Joint Institute to anyone in need of that type of surgery. His nursing staff is truly amazing, I even felt comfortable enough to call Mallory after hours when I had an important question to ask that night. I want to thank you, Dr. Kenerly, and your impressive staff in both places!

Dr. Kenerly and his staff are awesome!! From my first office visit to my surgery, the Jesup office staff and nurses have been great!! The results of my hip surgery exceeded my expectations. I was pain-free immediately after surgery, and I have not had ANY pain since that day. Dr. Kenerly was very thorough in explaining the procedure, as well as answering any questions. He was an answer to my prayers. I highly recommend Dr. Kenerly to anyone who needs a hipe or any type of replacement surgery.

I had a knee replacement done by a different surgeron, not with Bone and Joint. After 18 months I still had pain and swelling and used a cane. Friends encouraged me to go see Dr. Kenerly. Turn out my femur was attached to the replacement at an angle making me "knock kneed". After several x-rays Dr. Kenerly said he felt he could help me. He removed to old replacement and put in a new one. At 2 weeks out I can stand, walk and bend my knee better than the day before my surgery. What a blessing!

Had metacarpal surgery after fracturing my finger, post-op I could tell it was crooked and has malrotation due to the placement of the pins causing overlap of my fingers. When I addressed this during my follow up Kennerley insisted that he “thought he did a pretty good job” and chuckled and continued to ignore my concern. 1 year post op now and still struggling to use my hand as I normally had.

I needed a total left knee replacement that had caused the leg to bow out. I was reluctant to have surgery on that leg due to a terrible 2011 experience with a Wayx surgeon for a femur fraction. I was left with a leg shorter than the other & 5 more fractures occurred before revision surgery at Jax Mayo corrected both. Dr. K. was patient in answering my questions. His confidence in being able to straighten my leg gave me the courage to have the surgery. Happy I did it! Great to look normal again!

Hi my name is Joy Toombs and I would like to give Dr. Kenerly a very high rating of 100%. Dr. Kinerly was my Orthopedic Surgeon for a year and I can say he took very good care of me before, during and after my two shoulder replacements. With the care that was shown, I've never experience the high concern from any other doctor. I respect him as a person and a surgeon. May God continue to be with you, blessed you and your family. And by the way Dr. Kenerly inspired me to attend school. Medical.

Dr. Kenerly is awesome. When he talked with me about hip replacement, by the time he had thoroughly explained the procedure, and post op. expectations, I told him he had my total confidence, and that I was ready for pain relief! Everything has come to pass that he told me, ie, joint pain would be gone, there would be a new, totally different pain, and it too would eventually be gone. Morning ofsurgery, he said I could put full weight on hip. I did, thank you Dr. Kenerly. God bless. Mike Waters

My surgery turned out really well. My pain from the time of surgery has been minimal. At 6 weeks I had no discomfort at all. I should have decided to get my hip replacement done much earlier. I fully recommend Dr. Kenerly III
