Stellar Service and Care
The entire staff interaction is always great. From check-in to exit. Even as some patients have physical or age challenges I have seen great patience and concern which is always a winner for me. Dr. Dorchak's manner and knowledge is excellent along with his ability to explain in layman's terms your situation and next steps.

Thankful.
Post surgical visit. Dr John Dorchak is the best if you’re interested in achieving pain relief on the first try. Surgery was a breeze and he shows the same amount of caring and attention on follow-up visits as he did before surgery. So thankful I was referred to the best.

Dr. Dorchak and his staff are great. He is nice and professional at the same time. He has lots of experience. He found a fracture that an X-ray tech missed.

Does not listen and a long wait
2hrs before being calling back. Put in a room with someone else chart still on the monitor. JS & she just had surgery cause I could see her screws that were put in. Waited another 30 min before he came in. Asks a couple questions does not listen to you at all. Does not examine you NOTHING. And I’m sure he’s billing my insurance an at a level 5. Would not recommend himIf you go to him make sure you take a day off. Everyone in waiting room said he is always 2-4 hrs behind I will say all the staff was nice

Trust the system
I read reviews online and I wasn’t sure about the appointment. I made the appointment for a second opinion considering cervical surgery. Dr. Dorchak took time explaining my X-rays and mri’s that I brought in. I felt he gave me an honest opinion of my condition and options as if it was for himself. The front staff and assistants were very nice. Even the assistant Damien was really friendly and wanted to make sure that I didn’t feel rushed. Overall the facility felt like a high school cafeteria- very efficient and crowded but organization out of chaos if you will. It was like a voice from my college years kept saying - trust the system. All was good. Hence my title.

Above the best!
I've been in so much pain after a work injury the beginning of this year (2024), that left me feeling down and out. I've seen multiple doctors and nurses and no one could explain to me what was going on with my back and leg or to me they just didn't take my complaints serious. I was finally able to see Dr. Dorchak in August and he hit the nail on the head. Before actually telling him my issues he look at my MRI and told me what he saw. I then told him where the pain, tingling and burning sensations were on me and he pointed out on the scan the reasons for these feelings. I felt he saw ME! Not just a doctor trying to get me out the office quick. I appreciate him providing me with answers to questions that I've been having and breaking them down so I could understand. I'm now awaiting surgery and I'm happy that he'll be the one to perform it as I feel comfortable with him and his team. If you're having issues and can't find the right doctor, let me tell you start with him.

Dr. Dorchak since 2001.
I have been seeing Dr. Dorchak since 2001. After I got out of the Army, I was still having neck and back pain. He identified it as DJD. He's done 2 neck surgeries and 2 back surgeries. They were successful surgeries. I will continue this journey with him as long as I'm allowed or still having neck and back issues! Thank you

Two hour wait
Appointment was at 3 pm. Due to not being given accurate information during booking I should have been there at 2:30. even though my appointment was at 3, They canceled my appointment. Acted like they were doin me a favor to “squeeze” me back in. They then had me wait almost 2 hours to be seen only to not see the actual Dr I had an appointment with but his assistant.
