Worse, not better
I will not be returning. I waited 25 minutes today for my 2 pm appointment, and I waited thirty minutes last week for the same follow-up treatment. Last week, the doctor did not see me after the long wait but had an assistant perform the procedure, which has had no visible effect. None of the treatments have improved the look of my skin; they have, in fact, made it look worse. I would never recommend this office or this doctor or these procedures to anyone.

5 stars isn’t enough!
In the 22 years that I’ve been going to dermatologists - since removal of a mole found melanoma cells - no other physician has come close to the professionalism, respect and care demonstrated by Dr. Jen Rullan. The office staff are welcoming and responsive and model Dr. Rullan’s commitment to treat each patient as family. I went to her new location in Coronado - very clean and welcoming! So thankful I found her!

I love Dr.Rullan, she literally saved my life. She was able to get me treatment that other doctors failed to give me. I have PsA which is a very painful, debilitating autoimmune disease and was suffering everyday. With in two weeks she was able to diagnosis me and start my treatment, when I came back for a follow up a few weeks later I was already showing a lot of improvement. I’m so glad I found her. I just want to thank her from the bottom of my heart for pulling me out of the hopelessness and helping me to get my life back. I would definitely recommend her to anyone that is looking for a very knowledgeable caring Doctor. We need more Doctors like her in this world!

Dr Rullan has proved to be very knowledgeable and experienced dermatologist. I’m quite satisfied with her practice though many years.
