Dr. Rulan is a highly skilled, compassionate doctor. In fact, I think he is a perfectionist. A couple of years ago, he removed a cancerous skin growth on my face and he did such a perfect job (both medically and cosmetically) that I cannot even see the hair-line scar that should have resulted from the procedure.
