Facial injuries from fall
Dr. Nau was able to get me in 4 days before other ENTs after my ER visit. I was told by the doctor at the hospital I should see a specialist asap. Dr. Nau was kind, attentive and did a very thorough exam of my nasal passages. He offered tips to help my healing and answered all my questions. I never felt rushed. I had seen him before for an ear infection. He was kind and caring then too. I would highly recommend him.

We love Dr. Nau!
My whole family has seen him. We absolutely love him. He's a fantastic physician and really gets to the root of the problem and solves it. He's taken excellent care of us. We've had consults, surgeries, and regular appointments. Our kids really love him too. They're actually excited to go to the ENT! He's also very professional and a kind person. Awesome office staff too! I recommend him to everyone who needs an ENT in Louisville!

I assisted Dr. Nau in surgery for over 4 years. He is an excellent surgeon and really cares about his patients. He works hard to assure that his patient has the best care possible with good outcomes. I have recommended him to family and friends and none of them have ever complained about how caring he is.

Do not allow this man to treat you. My 74-yr-old mother went to him regarding a benign nodule. During the first and only consultation, he told her, unsolicited and without preface, that she has about five years left to live. Dr. Nau, what about "first, do no harm," you heartless jerk? Now she has a countdown in her head that no one can erase. What possible good could that information do a patient? There was a big fat line here between honesty and cruelty and you marched right over it.

I had ear problems since I was 28 years old. I went to several doctors over the years and had many surgeries for recurring cholesteatoma. The ear bones in my left ear had all been destroyed by the cholesteatoma and I was forced to wear a hearing aid for many years. Hearing aids cause many problems on their own by not allowing air into the ear to help keep it dry. After many years of pain and trouble, I went to Dr. Nau. He is the best Dr. I have ever had. Today I can hear thanks to him!

Unfortunately today as I was waiting to be seen by the physician. I had a bill that was less than $300.00 that I was making payments on. I moved, and lost the bill. I was unable to make a payment at the moment. I offered to make a payment the next day. They refused to see me. This is unfortunate, someone should have caught this before I took time out of my very busy schedule to be seen. I hope this never happens to another patient. Especially those who with chronic conditions as myself.

Dr. Nau left town for several weeks and there was no one from his office available to cover his patients. When my child's ear became infected we called for an appointment to no avail. Eventually, another doctor in the practice phone in a prescription, but we still could not get in to see the doctor.
