Dr. Ballard performed my surgery 4 years ago and has been following my progress ever since. I have always found Dr. Ballard to be empathetic, a good listener, and willing to answer all my questions. My surgery was a total success. The staff has always been helpful and courteous. I have absolutely no complaints and recommend Dr. Ballard highly
