Wouldn't Recommend
I saw Dr. Panko for the first time last year for a general skin exam. I asked her if she could tell me whether anything on my skin called for concern (I haven't always been cautious with my skin and wanted to get a baseline). After a very quick assessment, she told me she couldn't tell me this information because she's never seen my skin before and it's 'patient responsibility to keep track of changes and concerns'. I did not realize how apathetic and unhelpful this was until I found a new dermatologist who was extremely kind and walked me through the current state of my skin.

I absolutely love her. I went to her when she was in Utah and she was always so kind, personable and listened. I really am sad that she is no longer in Utah. I would HIGHLY recommend her to everyone! I sure miss her in Utah.

Very rude and condescending. Doesn't address my questions and when I asked again, she sighed deeply and sarcastically said have a nice day and rushed out. Not a professional or caring AT ALL.

I absolutely LOVED Dr Panko. She made me very comfortable, and made me feel at ease right off the bat. She was personable, efficient, kind and professional. I would highly recommend her to any one.

Dr. Panko mistakenly billed me for services she did not perform after saying I would not owe anything. (Giving her the benefit of the doubt on that). When I received a large bill, she did nothing to make it right. Which means I’m stuck fighting through a lawyer or paying it so it doesn’t affect my credit. I’ve spent too much time getting the runaround already. A total joke and seriously unethical.
