She was always nice, but way to fast and not a good communicator she also never looked me in the eye or stopped to listen to me. She took all her information from the nurse, who asked some questions before the doctor came in.

I've only had good experiences when being seen by Dr. Narra and I think the last visit was the fourth time. She is confident in her ability and with this confidence, she puts her patients at ease. I am also extremely pleased at how prompt the dermatology department is willing to see me when I voice a concern about the possibility of additional pre-cancer skin areas that have developed before the full body skin cancer appointment in October.

Shady Billing Practices
My experience with this office has been horrible. The billing practices seems sketchy at best and I will be turning them into the BBB. They charged my card over $335 almost a year after the appointment and with zero warning. Dont go to this office. They have very shady billing practices.

I am a current patient of Dr. Narra's. She is a very good dermatologist with a good bedside manner. However, her reception staff is terrible. They are rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. Yesterday, I was hung up on by one of them for asking what I could expect of the appointment and possible surgical procedure. I have seen Dr. Narra for a number of years, but there are too many good dermatologists in the area. There is not reason to put up with a rude incompetent staff that answer the phones and make appointments. I will be looking for a new dermatologist.

Billing has been a nightmare and scheduling is terrible. Procedure I had done I have no confidence in which makes sense because I have to get it redone anyway. I went back today and had a similar sub standards experience today. Apathetic, disinterested etc. I decided to decline treatment as I have no confidence in her and will be getting a 2nd opinion. I requested a copy of my records and asked to be removed as a patient.
