Thoughtfully solved a puzzle. Two surgeries -
Excellent thoughtful. A man who listens to you and proceeds as if solving a puzzle. I have had him twice for different surgeries and he was spot on.

Awful office. Seen by a PA on 8-2-2021 with a promise of reviewing with Dr. Reiter and a follow up phone call with direction. Now 8-24-2021 and after 3 calls in to the office, still no return call with direction. If they can’t do what they say they will, how can they expect you to agree to surgery?

Dr. Reiter was my third and final opinion for my issues. When I met him, I immediately felt comfortable and in the hands of someone that knew what he was doing. We went conservative instead of aggressive with surgery and I appreciate that decision. I am 10 months out of spinal surgery/nerve decompression and I am walking thanks to him. His bedside manner is unmatchable. He explained everything in detail to me and helped me to understand my diagnosis and options. I would highly recommend this surgeon. I went to a very well known practice that has multiple locations surrounding the Philadelphia area years ago and had multiple surgeries with them. I chose Dr. Reiter over that practice. Hands down, he is someone you can trust. Dr. Reiter and the staff at Hershey are amazing. Thank you.

I had broken my back as a teenager and now 50 years later it was a problem again. Dr. Reiter did an evaluation and told me the options and I decided to do the surgical option. He explained it all very well, both in his office and the day of surgery. He followed up with my husband as soon as the surgery was done and with me later in recovery. The surgery was successful and I am walking for the first time in about a year

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Reiter?
I am an old school nurse with strict standards. I suffered terribly, day and night for a year when a neurosurgeon at a different hospital wrote me off as having scar tissue, untreatable. Dr Reiter did an extra test, found my problem and fixed it with one surgery. I treat him kindly, with respect, ask appropriate questions, we discuss things and have no issues. I could care less about his hair or shoes or other personal issues. He may not like mine. It does not matter.
