Dr. Rihn and his staff were fantastic from the beginning to the end of my back issues. And my care. I had sever sciatic pain for months and had continued pain management locally which made it no better. I was referred to Rothman Institute and Dr. Rihn from friends who had Dr. Rihn work on them. The first time I met him he told me with quiet confidence he would get rid of my pain. I was scheduled for surgery and was sent to the Physicians Surgery Center where I had excellent care from the moment I arrived until the nurses walked me to the exit the next day. I simply have never experienced the level of care I received! The best part, Dr. Rihn did get rid of my sciatic pain completely.

He did back surgery on both myself & husband! We had excellent results and the entire staff was wonderful. I would definitely recommend Dr Rihn.

Dr Rihn took his time, answered my questions and explained my options for treatment. Before I left he said if I had any further issues just give him a call. He operated on my husband 8 years ago and we recommend him to people all the time.

I am currently healing from a lumbar fusion that was done just 3 weeks ago by Dr. Rihn, and also had a discectomy done by him in 2019. Dr. Rihn was amazing in easing my concerns and answering all questions at the consultation. Both surgeries went great. I would recommend him to anyone!

Playing college sports in the late 90's I began experiencing pain and muscle spasms. The pain increased over the years, and I went through several rounds or physical therapy, spinal injections, and medication to reduce the pain and inflammation. After years of declining activity and increased pain, the times my back 'went out' and I could not move or get off the floor increased. With two young children and the desire to keep moving I started talking to some friends who have had surgery and Rothman and Dr. Rhin's name kept coming up.I had some initial visits and was still nervous, as I have never had a surgery. Dr. Rhin gave me two options, I went to the quicker recovery and got a double procedure laminectomy and microdiscectomy on L4--L5. The procedure was over before I knew it, and I woke up with instant relief. After suffering for over 25 years in pain my only regret was not doing it sooner. I can not speak highly enough about my personal experience with Dr. Rhin.

The office ran very professionally like a well-oiled machine. Staff was prompt, courteous, took time to listen and explain .

Last October (2023) I couldn't walk 10 feet without electric shocks down my left leg, or the leg going numb... After Dr Rihn's work basically fusing L1 thru L5, today, one year later I can walk for hours, even jog, cut the grass, dance, and work pain free. Thank you Dr Rihn and your entire surgical team. Highly skilled surgeon but does not take always time to explain things in the little time afforded despite what is reported by others. Patients deserve better.

Dr Rihn is very concerned, compassionate and takes time to listen to and understand. He explained everything step by step for us so we understood everything as well. He is a top notch physician.

Dr. Rihn carefully reviewed my studies and explained the process of my surgery. He attended to my questions very well, and most importantly was exceptionally skillful in performing my surgery. although my case may be odd, I did not require pain management after returning home from the hospital.

Dr Rihn pays attention to every detail. He studies your MRI and develops the best plan for your particular condition. I have had 3-4 surgeries performed by Dr Rihn since 2014. In all I have trusted Dr Rihn for the best possible outcome.

What a guy! from first meeting he went over everything, pros and cons of everything. showed me the MRI result, all the things wrong, etc... I made the decision for surgery. it was AMAZING. The staff was awesome! Took excellent care of me from the start. Dr came in and went over what was going to happen and then they wheeled me out! i woke up all fixed! They had sent my prescriptions to the pharmacy prior to surgery so i had them when needed. The instructions on post surgery were complete and i have followed them. Since the surgery, 4 days now, I am walking around, sitting, standing, just not lifting at all. I believe the back pain is subsiding quickly and what i feel now is just surgury pain. I don't ever want another back surgery, but if i had to have one, i sure do hope Dry Rihn is still working!!!!!

Everything from start to finish was a great experience with Dr Jeffrey Rihn. After having my operation my pain is a lot better gone is the burning sensation in my left leg that started at my hips and went all the way down to my feet I still feel the operation pain but it's been going away slowly but surely every day 3 weeks out I am feeling much better I'm out walking and driving and doing things like normal. If you have back issues and need surgery he's the guy to go to I couldn't be more pleased with the experience and the outcome!
