Always
Discussed other health issues I asked about very clearly to show some possible connection to my eyes issues. It all made sense. Always makes sure you understand what he said & always asks if you have any other questions or concerns. Always polite.

Eye care at its best
I have been under the care of Dr. Willis for several years. He is knowledgeable but not in an intimidating way, he is very easy to talk to. While I sit there and he rattles off numbers and dialog to the scribe he always comes back to me to explain what took place. He includes me in the planning of my care, asking permission and offering suggestions. He understands the financial impact procedures have and works with my personal needs and timelines that offer me the best options. He really does help me see better and I feel fortunate to have him as my doctor.
