Dr. Garland Greene, MD

Dr. Green has been working with my son for 11 years. Dr. Green has seen him through some very rough times and has always been there for him, even if it was just to talk to him. The meds that Dr. Green gives him helps him to make it through the day. My son has MS and several bones that needs to be replaced. Just had a hip replaced and Dr. Green worked with the pain management team at the hospital to make sure that he was comfortable.

I was a patient of Dr Greene from 2015 to 2020 (maybe longer). I’m a 100% service connected disabled veteran (Iraq & Afghanistan); I’ve seen and been treated by a multitude of specialists, including the kind and talented Dr’s at the Mayo Clinic Pain Rehabilitation Center. If I think of the top doctors who have helped me the most, Dr Greene is in the top two. His understanding of pain’s relationship to a body is years ahead his peers. Aside from his professional acumen, he is a great person and Patriot. I live in another state but would drive 10 hours, without reservations or hesitation, for Dr Greene’s medical care. I have been seeing Dr. Greene since 2015. Before him I had been to 3 other Doctors for my severe chronic pain in Virginia, and all 3 prescribed the same medications but all wanted to do more injections and spinal taps even though I told them it was making my pain worse on a couple of them and the others I had no pain relief at all. Dr. Greene actually sat down with me and we went over all of my fractures and my MS issues, we made a starting plan and he honestly cared. His plan helped me and almost 7 years later he still helps me with not only my pain but with the pharmacies that want to be prejudiced and violate my constitutional rights and not want to fill my prescriptions. The road we took was straight from the rules and laws we had to follow but we had so many road blocks but Dr. Greene never gave up and now we have a great pharmacist that we are all on the same page! Dr. Greene and his staff have always been amazing!! Thank you all!

I thank DrGreene for the help he gave my brother and good friend while he was with us. He spoke with him every month about many things. I can’t even relay how important the Dr. was to this dear dear soul. IThankyou again for the time you spent helping him he thought of you as a friend.

Dr.Green is the best doctor i have found. He listened to all my problems and addressed them. He has gave me the best quality of life i have had in over 25 years,if you take your medicine like prescribed there is no problems. He will address other health problems other than pain. He is very intelligent, understanding and caring.

I was shocked to see anyone give Dr. Greene anything less than 5 stars. My guess is that reviewer isn’t giving the entire story. If you take your meds as prescribed, pill counts will never be a problem for you. I have seen Dr. Greene for several years. My only regret is that I didn’t find him sooner. He is kind, understanding and very intelligent. Under his care, I was able to get back to the quality of life I hadn’t had in years. Thank you Dr. Greene.

Dr.green himself seemed nice , Office staff controls calls in all regard, sick from a reaction to meds no return call, pain contract only concern not patient, sick in bed,couldn't eat, slept for 18 days and only concern was "pill counts" not my health and well being. Didn't go for pills ,went for solutions even offered alternate solutions to pills like suboxone left with pills office staff decided to not return call.I have never had issues with doctors till it has become about them not us!!!

Dr. Greene is the most caring and compassionate health care provider I have ever known. He truly cares about his patients and spends time talking to about any and all health concerns. And while his office has to follow all the new procedures now required by law, it does not effect the level of patient care. If fact, the entire office staff at Comfort and Wellness is the best. Going to the doctor is usually not a "happy" time, but I truly love the entire practice. Thank you Dr. Greene and staff.

Dr. Greene is the best of all the other Drs. I see for my health. He doesn't judge you like most do and treat you like I am not everybody else and that what most Drs. Assume and really don' t care about your pain. I wish other drs. Would realize that not everyone patient the same and take your money and care less what or how you find a dr who cares. thanks Dr. Greene. I have good PC Drs, but they are not why I see Dr. Greene We need more Drs like him. Ii worry about him traveling from his other.

Doctor Greene is the best doctor I have ever come across! I used to see him for Pain Management and he was always supportive. He listened to my opinions and weighed them with his medical knowledge to provide the best care possible. I am no longer seeing Dr. Greene -Only because I hated to take the pain medication. It helped me a great deal but I wanted off the narcotics so I weaned myself off and am tolerating the pain using over the counter medication. Thank you Doctor Greene! You Rock!
