This was a routine 6-month follow-up visit. The office staff and nurses here are cordial and accommodating. Dr. Thomas is always friendly and professional. While you know that his time is limited, you never feel rushed. You have an actual conversation with him before you are examined. He asks good questions and then actually listens to what you’re saying. He also likes to know about anything happening in your environment that may be impacting your health. Dr. Thomas addresses each concern and responds to any follow-up questions. He’s not offended when you ask questions or share your opinions. He listens to you and processes or evaluates what you’re saying. He summarizes your action plan at the end of the visit. My husband and I have been pleased to recommend Dr. Thomas many times over the years. I have been very satisfied with his easygoing demeanor, thoroughness, knowledge, intuition, and professionalism.

I had a virtual visit and I was very pleased with Dr. Thomas' performance. He asked pointed questions and highlighted items that I needed to pay attention to. He was also very direct in what he recommended for me before my next visit.

Y'all should know Dr. Thomas is the man??. In all the years l have been a patient he has consistently tried to impart to the best of his knowledge, ways that I can improve my quality of life. Though I'm sure he knows that a lot of what he suggests may fall on deaf ears he still continues to be kind and patient in attending to my health concerns. Even over one weekend when I was frantic and had what I thought was a health crisis, I called Dr. Thomas and he promptly and patiently responded to advise and talk me off the ledge.
