Dr. Ragulin Coyne has been an absolute blessing during my mastectomy journey following a cancer diagnosis. Her genuine care, expertise, and confidence have provided me with so much comfort during this challenging time. She’s patient and thorough, always ensuring I understand every aspect of the procedure, while also being incredibly empathetic. When I became overwhelmed, she gave me the space to express my emotions and offered reassurance. Her combination of skill and compassion is exactly what I needed in a surgeon. Truly an extraordinary doctor!

Every visit to Dr. Coyne was perfect. Her staff is friendly, she is warm and empathetic, and she explained everything every step of the way. She encouraged questions from both me (the patient) and whoever accompanied me on my visits.

My scheduled MRI was unexpectedly pushed back 2hrs due to issues that could have been avoided if Dr. Ragulin and her office was more attentive. However, I was reassured many times through many phone calls by Dr. Ragulin’s medical staff that I would have my MRI and be seen by the doctor as planned. I was told to stay on site and I would be contacted. After 1.5hrs of waiting, I get a call from Dr. Ragulin’s office telling me they can no longer see me as they have a 2:00 appt. They tried to tell me I’d have to come in the next day. Not asking, telling me. As if I don’t have a life. They claimed the other person coming at 2:00 wasn’t able to come earlier despite their efforts and refused to move her to the following day instead of me. They chose not to make me a priority and argued with me over speaker phone in their office. I never got my results or an apologetic call from the doctor. This was all after a breast cancer diagnosis! No heart! Find a doctor that wants to be on your team!

I have never met nicer person and better Dr & Surgeon. She is the best of the best! She saved my life and is very kind, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. She truly cares about her patients . I feel blessed I had her be my surgeon. Tons of good karma her way over and over! Thank you Dr Ragulin!

I recently had an inguinal hernia repaired by Dr .Ragulin Coyne. I was more than pleased with the results! I had been very concerned about having this surgery, since 40 years ago I had had a very painful experience with another hernia repair. I had learned about Dr. Ragulin Coyne doing a laparoscopic method from going to a talk that she gave at the Bedford, MA Council on Aging. Dr. Ragulin Coyne has a calm manner and reassuring attitude and she made me feel comfortable with going ahead with the surgery. I highly recommend her.

I was referred to Dr. Ragulin Coyne by Emerson Radiology. She is a thorough and thoughtful surgeon. Her staff works together to ensure that any questions are addressed. She also takes the time to make sure that she is interacting with the patient. If I ever had an issue, her team responded appropriately. She also connected me to specialists that I would need for my treatment over the long term. I definitely recommend her.

Had emergency surgery to remove my gallbladder. Dr Ragulin Coyne and her team talked me through everything, including the option of not having surgery and checked on me before I left in the early evening. Not a bad experience at all.

This was a follow-up to a hernia operation 2 weeks prior. I arrived early for my appointment and I was brought right in to the exam room, with the doctor following me in.

Dr. Ragulin is an outstanding physician and a truly a remarkable surgeon who, I'm sure, saved my life. I was already in the hospital being treated for diverticulitis when I first met Dr. Ragulin. My condition was worsening so they asked for a surgical consult. Within minutes of seeing me, she immediately transferred me to the surgical service so she and her staff could monitor my progress more closely (loved that!). Rare for a surgeon, she said she didn't want to jump right into the O.R. if the condition could be treated medically. Unfortunately, my condition quickly worsened and she had to perform emergency surgery...which was a success. Throughout the entire ordeal, she was kind, compassionate, informative, attentive, and confident...all of the traits I would want in a surgeon. I can't recommend Dr. Ragulin enough. She and her entire staff are very accommodating and friendly.

I found her to be extremely knowledgeable, she listens carefully and explains diagnoses and procedures in a manner that is comprehensive and completely understandable to the average person. Dr. Ragulin is an excellent surgeon. I'm 18 and saw her multiple times over the course of three months for appendicitis caused by Crohn's disease. She was always on time and both her and her coworkers are very kind.

Dr. Ragulin is the best. Professional, engaged, sober minded, knowledgeable, skilled. I had hernia surgery. She found six in my abdomen, fixed them all. Now I feel better, my tummy looks great I had and continue to have full confidence in her abilities. Her staff was also excellent.
