He's the BEST!!!
I have been going to Dr. Eisenberg for many years. He's pleasant, caring, extremely professional & thorough. I trust him completely. I had seen his surgical work when I was a floor nurse at a local hospital and his patients always did so well, as compared to other ophthalmology surgeons. This was the reason I chose him to be my doctor.

As a pt. of Dr. Eisenberg for over 20 years He has always been extremely competent, thorough and professional. I was seen right away and after a complete exam including dilation of pupil, he reassured me my vision was intact and what I should do if my condition changes. He explained his actions every step of the way and I have always felt like I am in the most competent of hands in his care. I also admire his dedication to helping those in need both here in the US and abroad, restoring sight to people in poor countries who have no vision care. He is also a veteran who served his country.

This doctor billed by insurance company for a contact lense fitting which he didn’t do. When I brought this up, Angela, who is his right hand helper in that disorganized office, wouldn’t allow me to speak, and then threatened to cancel my eye glass order. When the eye doctor called me, he was accusatory and then banned me from His office. I’m calling the board and reporting this.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My mother went to him for 4 years and he said he saw something concerning on her eye but never went into detail or sent her to a specialist. My mother switched doctors and after her first appointment was immediately sent to a specialist to later find out that she has macular degeneration in her eye and could potentially go blind in the future. If Dr. Eisenberg sent her to a specialist when he first saw something, my mothers vision could have been saved.

My son had an appointment today this so called doctor was horrible to say the least. He's no sensitivity, tolerance, & is an over all jerk The visit was for my 12 who has social phobia and selective mutism. he said my son was not cooperating and rude and then this jerk just stepped out of the room. Very unprofessional. Will not be going back.
