It was difficult to schedule an appointment with Dr. Chen, but good things come to those who wait. She is wonderful! Dr. Chen is exceptionally knowledgeable, thorough, warm, professional, and patient. She answered every question posed by my husband, my daughter, and me, giving us all the time we needed to understand my issue and options. Five stars is insufficient to rate this exceptional doctor.

I waited a long time to see Dr. Sharlene Shen, But the wait proved worth it. See diagnosed my eye problem and explained the treatment choices and the upside and downside of each. She works in the Mass Eye and Ear Infirmary where the support staff was courteous and most helpful.
I left my 1st appointment feeling that I was in good hands .

I was so fearful of having cataract surgery & Dr Chen & her staff did everything possible to allay my fears. My surgery was scheduled quickly and all my follow up appointments made at the same time. I wouldn't trust my eyes to anyone but the staff at MEE
