Excellent, my visit with Dr. Gong was in Plainville, MA. The first person I saw was Cindy, she was very pleasant, put drops in my eyes and took scans and pictures. A few minutes after she left, Dr. Gong came in, I was very nervous and he put me right at ease. He explained the pictures of my eyes and the damage that my diabetes did to them. He answered all my questions and I didn’t feel rushed. I go back in 3 months to see if there are any changes to my eyes and Dr. Gong will then decide on my treatment plan. I would highly recommend Dr. Gong .

Dr. Gong treated me in the ER at Mass Eye and Ear and then 4 more times in follow-up visits, since I had developed endophthalmitis, a serious eye infection. He is incredibly caring and reassuring, and patiently explains everything and answers all questions. I have nothing but gratitude that he was in charge of my care during that time.
