Dr. Carrie Diulus, MD

In 60 years I’ve never had a doctor approach me with such irritated aggression. I worked in healthcare for 22 years, so I know just how wrong the visit went. She left the door openthe entire time, as she berated me as to why I was referred her. The staff laughed at the desk in the background. Isn’t this enough of a HIPPA violation! She sent me out the door without any solution or request for follow-up after testing. I’ve had good care at The Crystal Clinic for 4 years with another doctor, but someone needs to her. We come there after months of pain, physical therapy, and tests. We come there certainly don’t need scolded or leaving so embarrassed for seeking her help.

I met with Dr. Diulus for a plan of action, she is very explanatory and Very friendly. I am very comfortable with her, and her staff is also amazing!

This surgeon has an incredibly comforting personality. She has a great bedside manner. She explained options, the pros and cons of each. I had ideas on a certain option and she explained thoroughly the reason why this option won't work. I needed to understand this. Also, if and when I need this surgical procedure, this particular surgeon is skilled in a way that one might call minimally invasive. This will allow recovery for my situation to be sooner and without the pain of posterior surgery. I had heard this surgeon's name from two individuals within 2 days of each other. I'm not sure if that's fate, but I had to pursue this and I'm very happy that I did.

I saw Carrie about an issue I was having and she took the time to listen to me and point me in the right direction. She thought a different treatment might work better for me. Most doctors if they aren’t going to treat you they send you on your way with no regard as to where to go from here. She also left the door open to come back if I feel I need to. If I do need to I will be back because I believe my health is a concern to her. I was injured in the military and Crystal Clinic got humpty dumpty back on his feet several years ago. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.

Came in upset that I was a new patient but was put in a slot for a short appointment visit. Spent 10 minutes asking me how I made the appointment. Never introduced herself. Never examined me, just some cursory questioning. Offered a prescription for a compounded topical cream and that was that. I have seen several orthos at Crystal Clinic and this was the first uninterested cold encounter I have had. Won’t ever see her again.

Comprehensive and compassionate care by a highly skilled surgeon in a state of the art hospital facility. My speedy recovery from spinal surgery has been nothing short of amazing!

Follow-up to lumbar surgery. Dr Diulus identified my real issue, and surgery was a great success. My 2-week follow-up appears to be leading to full recovery and some PT. I just hope I don't over-do it.

Dr Diulus is straight forward and doesn’t pull any bunches and I appreciate that. She is a breath of fresh air and a spectacular surgeon. I tell anyone and everyone if they are having back issues, she’s the one you want to see! Plus she loves dogs and that’s a good thing in my book!

I presented with an atypical condition. Am experiencing weakness in left leg. MRI revealed cervical stenosis, which may or may not explain my condition. Dr. Diulus spent over an hour explaining the situation and addressing our concerns and detailing recommended treatment.

Dr.Diulus took the time to explain how the best way to treat my condition would be.

Dr. Diulis was very thorough and came up with a treatment plan for me to get some relief.

Dr. Diulus is the absolute best. As a physical therapist myself, I’m picky about my doctors! Dr. Diulus takes the whole body, pre-hab, and rehab into account before making any rash decisions about surgery. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else!
