I found Dr. Aranov on google to help with anxiety, OCD and slight depression. We had multiple virtual visits via Facetime. To be honest I wasn't sure if that approach was right for me but I decided to give it a chance and she was wonderful! She decided to put me on supplements that helped my symptoms tremendously. If I needed further help she would have prescribed the necessary medication. We had great conversations and I feel a huge improvement in myself after multiple visits. I highly recommend her if you need some help managing the stresses of everyday life.

I have been a patient of Dr. Aranov for many years and in addition to being kind & empathetic, Dr. Aranov offers practical guidance as part of her treatment. She does not prescribe meds unnecessarily & has taken a more holistic approach to my treatment than other Drs. I have seen. She is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to vitamin supplements & lifestyle guidance that enhances her traditional therapy—which is effective. Dr. Aronov has been my psychiatrist since I was 22, and now at 41, I can’t imagine my mental health journey without her. She helped me overcome severe OCD and supported me through marriage, two kids, and life’s ups and downs. She genuinely cares about her patients, always putting them first—even reaching out to me during a crisis last year while she was overseas for a family emergency. She’s incredibly responsive, compassionate, and dedicated. Telehealth has made appointments even more convenient and I look forward to them. She is simply the best! I was surprised to see any negative reviews, as they do not reflect her character or professionalism. Yes, seeing a psychiatrist can be expensive, but her care and expertise is worth every penny. She is fantastic, and I am so thankful for how far she has helped me come in managing my mental illness. I hope she never retires! Doctors like her are irreplaceable. I am so thankful for her. Her level of care is rare nowadays!

This medication doctor took thousands of dollars from my father and didn't once prescribe his necessary medications. She essentially charged 400 dollars per hour for incompetent talk therapy. She should not be in practice. Absolutely disgraceful and shameful, praying on an old man.

Dr Aronov used genetic testing so she could come up with a personalized plan just for me. She listened to what I was going through after the pandemic, and helped me get out of a very dark place. I would recommend her to anyone looking for help with anxiety and/or depression. Thank you Dr Aronov.

Ever since I've been working with Dr. Aranov, my life has changed tremendously. I've had previous experiences, but Dr. Aranov is the best one I've come across. Her approach in her sessions targets my main concerns in areas of my life and she delivers with great understanding and provides holistic and psychological reasoning. I had gain new knowledge and perspective about myself and she ask important questions that made me think. She emphasizes the importance of mental health because I was struggling with substance abuse and she helped me become sober. I've also had a decrease in my medication and we plan to decrease it gradually. She is very respectful and I am able to trust her in which is difficult for me. She has help me so much and now my life is back on track- sober free and living up to my dreams and goals that had been paused due to my substanced abuse. Dr. Aronov is a very kind and compassionate person. She is extremely supportive during various stages and stressful life events. She is concerned about your overall well-being, treating you like a person and not just a diagnosis. She prescribed medication when need but doesn’t just assume that’s the answer. I initially met with Dr Aronov when I was going through a personal crisis. I can't tell you enough of how she helped me at a time when I was at an all time low. I saw her regularly at first and found her so easy to talk to. I came away after each visit with a feeling of optimism. She got me through a time of "despair".

I called and she provided what I needed, compassion and help. She is professional and information. She made me understand what was happening and how to cope. Although I hate the term “Shrink”, it truly fits my experience. A Doctor that shrinks your symptoms and problems. The best!

Excellent Psychiatrist, Compassionate, Kind I first called Dr. Aronov with feelings of intense anxiety after a panic attack. She was readily available and upon meeting her I had feelings of trust and that she really cared about me as a person. She is very thorough and explains everything in a way that I can understand. She placed me on probiotics and vitamins. I was diagnosed with an anxiety disorder called Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. I have made tremendous progress with handling my anxiety.

Insincere, incompetent, defensive, didn't keep track of my medications properly, pushed me to book appointments beyond my insurance limits and then demanded cash for them. Talked incessantly about her own family problems and life in Uzbekistan rather than focusing on my issues. Coldly told me to go to the ER when I was in crisis. Made me wait outside in my car when she was late for appointments. Horrible experience.
