Excellent Physician! When I went to find out a final diagnosis I was very impressed. Explained My diagnosis And Listened and responded to all of my questions in great detail. He in no way rushed me And was very personable. I am very happy With What he had to say, And He eased Concerns and anxiety that I had had About this visit! I can only give him the highest recommendation as a neurologist.

Long time patient with former doctors. The particular doctor is not good

I saw Dr. Ajtai last summer for cognitive testing. He was attentive, compassionate, and he listened closely to what I had to say. By reiterating my responses I knew that he knew what I was trying to communicate. I left with the assurance that I had been heard and he would take care of my needs as they arose. After waiting 6 weeks for an appointment for my husband, I had to fill out paperwork upon arrival. in this day and age why could it have not been done online or mailed? After having a memory test done by a staff member she left and Dr. Ajtai came in. He asked a few questions and decided to change the dose of my husband's memory medicine. He left the room with a clipboard with a questionnaire and when he came back said follow me. We found ourselves at the checkout counter! I was extremely upset. I never had a chance to ask questions regarding his care or for the help for myself that I had hoped for. We see the PA next time - of course you never see the doctor after the first visit. Very unprofessional for the head of the department. We have been to other departments at Dent without any problems.

My husband has been going there for about 2 years. He has seen him once. He does nothing to help the cause or give any information to help. Looking for a new doctor.

Did not listen to a word I said. Has his own predetermined outcome and nothing. You say will change his mind. He has ruined my life and I am left with no recourse. Would certainly not recommend him.

I was introduced to Dr. Ajtai in November 2018 and he is a perfect role model for a doctor He listens very carefully to what you are stating (and will take notes) and he is interested in achieving your goal at the end of your treatment(s). After you are done talking, he will then refer to his notes with any questions or necessary clarifications. The Administrative Staff are excellent, very efficient, professional and polite. Many years ago I was treated by Dr. Mechtler. (I apologize doctor if I misspelled your name) for migraines and cluster headaches. I literally ran the gauntlet with my primary and after three (3) months EVERY DAY, all day, all night I said to my doctor ‘look, you need to send me to someone else’! I saw Dr. Mechtler, he treated me with a cocktail of infusions and headache was GONE in 3 DAYS.
