Dr. Menda is absolutely the most condescending doctor I've ever met. She was unconscionably and *dishonestly insulting* to my mother, and self-flattering. After seeing first hand how she spoke to my mother, I was incredulous. I told my mother under no circumstances did she need to put up with that; and with her permission made her next appointment with someone else. Thankfully, the difference was truly like night and day. The doctor treated her with respect, conveyed the sense that together we were a team of which my mother was a dignified and important part, and my mother left feeling supported and cared for. After seeing her new doctor, my mother said she wished she hadn't hesitated to make a switch right away, and I agreed!

I trust Dr. Menda 100% with my life, literally! She is no longer at this location and I wish I knew how to locate her.
